Small rooms

Location was ok, near to Doyamacho where are great options to eat. Near metro startion. Staff was very nice. Breakfast average. The rooms are really small, but well designed, so there is everything you need.

The comfortability of the bed and space to put luggage, but it was fine for me as i am a solo traveller.

This property is value for money and has good location with nearby food. Convenience store are nearby also.

Check out time was 10am :( We’ve stayed in quite a few countries hotels, first time we’ve come across an early check out, we’d rushed and left our mobile charger in the room.

Staff were helpful, everything in the hotel was digital also, street market and metro were just across the street. Very convenient location.

I stayed in the smoking room, but I sometimes smelled at cigarette smoke from somewhere that it made me cannot sleep well

Love it! There’s free ice, microwave, and coin laundry. The bed was comfortable. Double bed for 1 person. Will come back for sure.

The maiden , turn on the Air conditioner while we were away , so when we came back the room was frozen … otherwise awesome!!

The room was very small. Even though we expected it, the size of our luggage was still a challenge.

The hotel is tucked away from a busy street, making it pretty quiet. It's close to stations, which is convenient for getting around. Several convenience stores are nearby. The service was nice, they lent us umbrellas for the day. The bed was comfortable.

Room was really cramped and a tad warm for my liking. I found bits of food on the carpet.

Liked the fact that there was a coin laundry and ice dispensing machine available. The hotel was a minute walk from the station as well.

Very kind and attentive staff, always greets you and helps with questions. The room was as advertised, not a lot of space but convenient to put things under the bed. Breakfast tastes good, quite a few dishes to choose from, l would have liked a menu change in the 5 days we stayed there tho.

Room was quite small, and with no closet space, an open luggage takes up a lot of movable space.

Tiny bit small, even for one person. They said there's space for luggage under the bed, but there was not.

Great straightforward facilities. Comfortable bed. For longer stays they give you new towels daily and clean your room every third night. Close to metro/subway and 24hr supermarket that has great selection of food. Across the road(2min walk)from Tenjinbashi-suji Shopping Street.

Was a little out of the way from the JR lines but wasn't too bad about a 15/30mjn walk very close to the osaka subway station to though. Also a little hard to find at first. Couldn't find the hair dryer in the room but only very minor inconveniences. It was fabulous

My room is too small, bit hard to move around.

The hotel lobby are very well presented with beautiful decorations. When you entering it feel welcomed. A very clean, quite in every floor, good size two lifts working very well. The location is very convenient, next to subway station and just two blocks away is a famous shopping street with lots of restaurants and verities of shops, extended a long way. If you walk from one end to another then comes back, need 40 minutes. I got a room on 13th floor, it is very small, squeezed, maybe I am alone just manageable. Room is clean, the bed is average comfort, and they are not doing room service every day, also you need to require a extra bath towels from reception, it will provide.

The location was further away from the main train station than I realized. This meant having to catch more trains. There was not much space for your bags in the room.

Clean and tidy. Great breakfast. Subway train 2 min walk away. Free baggage storage for the day once we had checked out.
