Positive section of review
I booked a single room expecting a single bed but the bed was closer to a double size which was much appreciated! It was comfortable, room is spacious for one person. Bathtub was small but not a deal breaker. Staff were very friendly. Check-in was easy, reception area is beautiful. They let my friend check-in early for an additional $40 AUD. Hotel is close to family-mart and the subway so getting around was easy enough. Popular destinations like Dotonbori, Osaka Castle etc is at least 20mins by train. Overall a pleasant stay and great value for money. The room also supplied Yakatas and slippers which I greatly appreciated.

Room was spacious. Staff were very friendly. Location was close to subway, shops, buses. Easy enough to find and the bathroom had a decent sized bathtub which was much appreciated after long days of walking.

Spectacular amenities, fantastic room size, overall very luxurious. Heated bathroom floors, steam shower, top class toiletries and skin care! Very good location.

Staff friendly. Room size was large and not bad value. Managed to get a train direct to the airport from a nearby station. Also held our luggage for no charge.

Nice little place, nice people, good location and inexpensive. Easy check in and the convenience store right outside was very … convenient.

I mainly booked the place to sleep and there was not much separation between the common area and the beds. Actually People were speaking loudly even in the dorm room and the provided earplugs were completely useless. It would be good to have staff to remind people of the rules.

The light in the room had this annoying sensor. It would go on everytime you walked past it and turned off by itself after it saw no movement. We had to tape it off because of it, couldn't even go to the toilet without waking up my roommate. I didn't know how to turn it off.

No block out blinds in the room. Godzilla Terrace was closed, which we were looking forward to. Required to catch two elevators to room no matter what floor.
