Not many negatives, just few honest tips for improvement - pillows are flat, breakfast was good in general, but it would be amazing if therw were some cheese options and having a space under the bed would be huge plus given the smaller rooms. We stayed in APA in Tokyo and there we were able to put luggage below the bed and have some walking space in the room.

Good location which is nicely connected to all parts of Osaka and couple of metro stations are nearby. It was very clean, breakfast had a lot of options and in general was quality food. Overall it was good stay for us for 5 nights

The rooms are very small. There is no storage space for suitcases to be unpacked - we stayed 8 nights at this property and having to open up our suitcases for anything we needed constantly got pretty annoying. There is space to put your suitcases under the bed but nowhere to unpack it. If you need to do washing here I suggest going to a local laundromat as the dryers at the hotel take a long time to dry anything.

Very convenient location just down the road from a train station that gets you to anywhere you need to go. Staff were extremely friendly and assisted with anything we needed. Towels are replaced daily and rooms are cleaned every three days. Extremely well priced and great value with comfortable beds.

Room was cozy but way too small. Breakfast was really good. Staff was really welcoming. The only issue was that there was barely any space to open any bags. Overall decent experience.

The location was perfect. Very close to a metro station connecting to the center of the city, but also in a quiet area of the city. Not too far from the main train station either.

Small rooms

Location was ok, near to Doyamacho where are great options to eat. Near metro startion. Staff was very nice. Breakfast average. The rooms are really small, but well designed, so there is everything you need.

Check out time was 10am :( We’ve stayed in quite a few countries hotels, first time we’ve come across an early check out, we’d rushed and left our mobile charger in the room.

Staff were helpful, everything in the hotel was digital also, street market and metro were just across the street. Very convenient location.

The room was very small. Even though we expected it, the size of our luggage was still a challenge.

The hotel is tucked away from a busy street, making it pretty quiet. It's close to stations, which is convenient for getting around. Several convenience stores are nearby. The service was nice, they lent us umbrellas for the day. The bed was comfortable.

Room was really cramped and a tad warm for my liking. I found bits of food on the carpet.

Liked the fact that there was a coin laundry and ice dispensing machine available. The hotel was a minute walk from the station as well.

Very kind and attentive staff, always greets you and helps with questions. The room was as advertised, not a lot of space but convenient to put things under the bed. Breakfast tastes good, quite a few dishes to choose from, l would have liked a menu change in the 5 days we stayed there tho.
