Bathroom and toilet was separate, which can be a good or bad thing depending on your travelling style. The sink was also outside, but this made it more convenient in the morning to freshen up!

Location was very near the train station exit and situated at a local market. It was nice to walk in the morning and a supermarket was also nearby. The room was much bigger than expected, and also very clean. Staff could speak English and we could leave our luggage there after checking out.

there was pounding from the upstairs room. you can hear the noise from the other rooms and it can be annoying if you unfortunately booked a time when there are a lot of groups staying at the hotel.

From the room, you can hear the sound of trains passing by since the hotel is near a station. Getting around from the hotel to various places can be an adventure because you have to transfer from a train to a subway, and the train stations in Japan can be quite large and challenging to navigate if you're not accustomed to them. In summary, my stay was excellent, and I would choose to stay at this hotel again if I return to Osaka. To get to the hotel from Kansai Airport, you'll need to transfer lines at Sakai station to reach Tamade station. The hotel is conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Tamade station, just a few steps beyond the 7/11 store. The hotel's location is tranquil and uncrowded

Excellent location close to 2 stations. Quiet, more urban area which suited our needs. The kind staff organised the luggage service for us and our bags arrived safely to our next destination. Dining room was spacious and we used twice for our 7eleven dinners. Washing facilities very clean.

Very nice and helpful staf. The rooms are spacious (above average) and very clean. The laundry service is new and modern. There is a station on 2 mins from the hotel, it is very convenient. It is a very good place if you are staying in Osaka for a few days.

I love that the hotel is in a quiet area and the staff are helpful with my needs for my hotel room. I love their prompt and readiness to make sure my room is clean and ready when I return from my travels in and around Osaka. Also, many things are nearby, such as the 7-Eleven (and the Ta-Q-Bin service) and Tamada Supermarket, which is affordable. I will book my hotel for my next visit to Osaka.

The staff was amazing. The room was clean and ok for one person. It's close to two stations, so it's very easy to move. The neighborhood is calm and you have so many restaurants around. If I come back in Osaka, I'll choose this hotel.

I stayed at the hotel for 8 nights. The pillow was uncomfortable. I asked for a new pillow, but still the same problem. The hotel should have more type of pillows for guest who stayed over a week to pick. Most of the front desk staffs cannot speak English. The hotel should consider providing them English class. At least, they should be able to understand basic English.

Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Mr.Linh (front desk) and another LGBTQ Staff are very helpful. :-D. Sorry, that I didn't ask her name. But she can speak English far better than most of Front Desk staffs.

If you are looking for a quiet location, with restaurants, and cafes nearby then this is the place. The metro station is also just opposite the hotel so getting around is easy. The rooms are a bit small but comfortable.

Great floor plan- room felt bigger than expected. Easy to access- two train stations nearby, easy to get to hotel from KIX airport, easy to get to Namba and other areas of Osaka. Good location- quiet area, however can hear the nearby trains (this didn't bother us, but may bother others.) Staff were super friendly and helpful. Room cleaned daily. Breakfast was great. Laundry facilities were easy to use. Two supermarkets and two convenience stores within walking distance.

I felt this hotel was extremely good value. While not located near the touristy parts of Osaka, it's in a nice neighbourhood and the train or underground will get you to Namba in a few minutes
