SingaporeEven though the hotel is 1 train stop from the airport, we still need 30mins to travel from hotel to the airport. And it was a chilly walk from the train station to the hotel.
There's a restaurant in the hotel, so you don't have to travel out for meals. The public hot spring was a great finale to our trip, just to soak our tired bodies and legs.

Spacious - larger than the standard room in Japan cities. Clean. Beautiful view of the bay. Relaxing. Good breakfast included. Very helpful staff even though reception desk is manned by a robot.

We had trouble with trains etc and our ETA wasn't until after midnight which caused some stress. Understandably, no one answered the phone or email but maybe a change to the booking website would be beneficial. Otherwise no issues!
The dinosaur check in was very cool! The atmosphere entering was just brilliant! We got there after midnight and there was no problem checking in. The room was good and met all of our needs.

United StatesWell, you did not like the Robison, a small robot on the shelf that shattered on, and on in Japanese. It is supposed to serve as a concierge, or something like Alexa on Amazon devices. We disabled it as soon as we could figure out how.
The property includes a Hot Springs pool (onsen) and if we had had time to try it, I would’ve given the hotel five stars. As it was, we got in after dark, and left at dawn to catch an early flight. The room was very clean. It was a little crazy, trying to find the restaurant, which is in the next building, but we got bento‘s for dinner, and they were delicious The beds are comfortable shower was hot, and the check in with the dinosaur robots was a hoot!

No staff at reception to solve potential problems, just ridiculous dinosaur robots. Breakfast tasty but rather limited in quantity. Onsen clean but not very interesting.
Rooms rather spacious compared to similar hotels in Japan. Onsen free of charge.
