Even though the hotel is 1 train stop from the airport, we still need 30mins to travel from hotel to the airport. And it was a chilly walk from the train station to the hotel.

There's a restaurant in the hotel, so you don't have to travel out for meals. The public hot spring was a great finale to our trip, just to soak our tired bodies and legs.

At the beginning we got an email, where they informed us, that unsocial people and people with tattoos are not allowed to use the onsen, even they paid for it. That sucks.

The robots at the reception were verry cool. We had a view on the ocean, that was nice, but it costs a bit more.

Although close to KIX Distance from train station is 10 - 15 min not ideal when dark n raining. Shuttle has been cancelled

Easy to walk from JR station, which is near to airport, perfect for arrival in the evening. The outlet is amazing. The hotel has superb hot tub and great breakfast. Checkin by robot dinosaur is a nice surprise!

Hotel is about a 15 minute walk from the nearest station Rinku Town Station. It’s in an isolated location so there’s no convenient stores nearby. Hotel has discontinued the shuttle bus. The staff can book a taxi for you. Cost ¥4540 from hotel to airport (Dec2023)

Spacious - larger than the standard room in Japan cities. Clean. Beautiful view of the bay. Relaxing. Good breakfast included. Very helpful staff even though reception desk is manned by a robot.

I was bothered that my room included a foldout sofa bed, but when I asked for sheets for it I was told they were an additional charge. That's confusing why you would let guests reserve a room with an extra bed but not provide sheets for the be.d

The only thing was that on the booking site it listed check in as only being available until midnight. We had trouble with trains etc and our ETA wasn't until after midnight which caused some stress. Understandably, no one answered the phone or email but maybe a change to the booking website would be beneficial. Otherwise no issues!

The dinosaur check in was very cool! The atmosphere entering was just brilliant! We got there after midnight and there was no problem checking in. The room was good and met all of our needs.

We had to wait until 2 or 3pm to check in to our room. We got their by lunch and we had a long journey behind us. We were tired and this was a bit of an annoyance.

Everything. The view over the ocean was amazing. Great value for money. Super clean. PS: the Japanese speaking robot in your room can be switched off by pressing the button on top of his head.

A wonderful view on the ocean and the bay from the room and the onsen. The onsen, with its outdoor pool, is simply wonderful. From the hotel you can make a beautiful walk along the seaside.

Well, you did not like the Robison, a small robot on the shelf that shattered on, and on in Japanese. It is supposed to serve as a concierge, or something like Alexa on Amazon devices. We disabled it as soon as we could figure out how.

The property includes a Hot Springs pool (onsen) and if we had had time to try it, I would’ve given the hotel five stars. As it was, we got in after dark, and left at dawn to catch an early flight. The room was very clean. It was a little crazy, trying to find the restaurant, which is in the next building, but we got bento‘s for dinner, and they were delicious The beds are comfortable shower was hot, and the check in with the dinosaur robots was a hoot!

Location in a deserted neighborhood right next to public parking lot and highway to the airport. Hotel gives a scary impression of lifelessness. No staff at reception to solve potential problems, just ridiculous dinosaur robots. Breakfast tasty but rather limited in quantity. Onsen clean but not very interesting.

Rooms rather spacious compared to similar hotels in Japan. Onsen free of charge.
