Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

This hotel is in a great location right at the train station very comfortable beds and room suited three adults perfectly. Also clean and had all bathroom items and fabulous large shower. The staff were so kind and easy to communicate with the hotel is lovely. Very easy to go back and drop shopping off given it is at the station. We definitely stay again and great value for money. Also lovely view from room especially at night when the city is lit up.

United StatesThe location next to all the restaurants, and train station. We were able to store our luggage at the hotel before check in, so we could explore HIroshima before check in time. Our luggage was already in our room when we eventually checked in! We appreciated the restaurant recommendation made by staff. We were also able to store our luggage on our last day. There was staff readily available to store our luggage. It is a lovely hotel and will plan to stay there again when we return. Thank you very much.

The hotel location is perfect, linked to the train station when we arrived from Fukuoka. With our multi-day Hiroshima Pass, easy to move around to Hiroshima's key attractions from the station. The memorable breakfast spread is fantastic, loved the food variety and options, which included beef steak slices as well. There's even soft ice-cream available, which for some hotels may only be reserved for dinners. They have a robot going around for patrons to place their used cutlery which many have fun doing so.

Loved the atmosphere of this hotel. It felt really special. Breakfast was superb and we were impressed by the drinks and nibbles provided free of charge and being able to relax in the guest lounge. The views from here were amazing. Location was just the best for getting around and seeing the sights. Highly recommend this hotel.

New ZealandThe location. Exceptional. Both for local and regional travel. When exiting the Shankansen gates just a U turn into a narrow passage next to the gates then about 80m there is the entrance into the hotel on the right. For local travel in the city there is the tourist bus (free with JR pass) right outside. Also the local JR lines right there. Excellent food outlets right in the station. The room was spacious for a standard room with good views over the city.

It was the only hotel I stayed at in my Japan trip (including Tokyo, Kyoto, Hankone and Matsuyama) where the staff were knowledgable, helpful and spoke and understood enough English to solve any issues. Even though I speak some Japanese I found it impossible to communicate in many hotels. A gentleman on reception, night shift, while I was there, unfortunately I have lost his name, but something like Issho, Ishii, was extremely kind and helpful with my onward travel. He definately needs upgrading as he is a superb asset to you.
