Beautiful! Great rooms, great value!

The closet in the room was a bit limited, especially for people traveling with big luggages. Rather average cosmetics. The staff was very friendly and helpful, however sometimes seemed a bit disorganized (i.e. for the breakfast or at the checkout). Breakfast itself was rather good, though with limited selection, also too crowded. Other hotels with local brands were stayed in Japan were better organized and provided much nicer breakfast, therefore Hilton could really learn something from local hotels in order to provide better services to its customers.

The hotel is rather big and new, nicely decorated. The room was very nice, clean and cozy, especially the sofa near the window. The bathroom was nice, but a bit too little for two people. A very nice bar.

The room size was quite small with very little space for bags.

The location of the hotel to most of the popular tourist locations in the city was very central. It is also located within easy walking distance to 2 train stations. The front desk staff were very helpful with restaurant recommendations and bookings as well.

The room and brekky were amazing. Incredibly good value for money. The Peace Park was close by as was a very cool restaurant diagonal across the road to the 7/11.

The executive lounge was often too crowded (especially with afternoon drinks) and staff struggled to replenish food.

Very stylish hotel with great, spacious and modern room. The location is close to the city center and train station. Nice pool.

The hotel was a fair walk (25 minutes) from the train station which we knew when booking but just be aware if you are planning to book the property and arrive by train.

A clean hotel that provided everything we needed with lovely service. We had the meal package and breakfast and dinner were buffets. There was plenty of food choice for both and we enjoyed the meals there. Room was good.

Breakfast had limited choices and having stayed in Japan for 2 weeks already level of cleanliness was not up to Japanese standards. Minibar had only one item - bottle of water?!

The room was very quiet and comfortable with great views of the city of Hiroshima. Location was great with just a short walk from Peace Memorial Park. Staff was great, very helpful and the provided good information about restaurants and points of interest.

I didn’t like the fact that when you went down for breakfast at 9.15 many bowls of food were empty & were not replenished even though breakfast didn’t finish till 10.

Buffet restaurant was not appealing. Went in and reviewed the food, which looked a bit of a mess (it was busy so likely the reason) and very little Japanese options. Decided to eat out.

Room was the best I stayed in in Japan. Massive, beautiful bathroom, all great. Location was a bit of a trek to the station and main attractions (30 mins walk).

Location was 20 mins walk from the centre-not easy to get to by public transport so used taxi to get to station.

Modern and comfortable hotel. Very good buffet breakfast and dinner. Paid for a room upgrade-it was very large with a lovely view

Lack of free WiFi… this should be a standard amenity without having to sign up to the Hilton Honors programme.

It was a little further from the attractions we were wanting to see, but this is nothing bad. We were fine with the extra walking because the place was so nice to stay.

The Hilton was an amazing place to stay, the rooms were so spacious, and so was the bathroom. Everything was clean and modern, and we were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly as well, complete with a welcome drink, baggage service and an early check in.

The hotel designer needs a raise because the hotel was nothing short of elegance and pure luxury! And of course the hotel staff matched the hotel's energy. Amazing customer service 👏 Breakfast was great! Don't think twice if you're thinking about booking!

Location could be better but all things considered this is a great hotel.

This hotel was probably the "best value for money ratio" we stayed at during our trip to Japan. The staff spoke good English. The amenities were great. The quality of food and service was excellent.
