We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

GermanyThe closet in the room was a bit limited, especially for people traveling with big luggages. Rather average cosmetics. The staff was very friendly and helpful, however sometimes seemed a bit disorganized (i.e. for the breakfast or at the checkout). Breakfast itself was rather good, though with limited selection, also too crowded. Other hotels with local brands were stayed in Japan were better organized and provided much nicer breakfast, therefore Hilton could really learn something from local hotels in order to provide better services to its customers.
The hotel is rather big and new, nicely decorated. The room was very nice, clean and cozy, especially the sofa near the window. The bathroom was nice, but a bit too little for two people. A very nice bar.

The location of the hotel to most of the popular tourist locations in the city was very central. It is also located within easy walking distance to 2 train stations. The front desk staff were very helpful with restaurant recommendations and bookings as well.

United KingdomThe hotel was a fair walk (25 minutes) from the train station which we knew when booking but just be aware if you are planning to book the property and arrive by train.
A clean hotel that provided everything we needed with lovely service. We had the meal package and breakfast and dinner were buffets. There was plenty of food choice for both and we enjoyed the meals there. Room was good.

The room was very quiet and comfortable with great views of the city of Hiroshima. Location was great with just a short walk from Peace Memorial Park. Staff was great, very helpful and the provided good information about restaurants and points of interest.

Room was the best I stayed in in Japan. Massive, beautiful bathroom, all great. Location was a bit of a trek to the station and main attractions (30 mins walk).

The Hilton was an amazing place to stay, the rooms were so spacious, and so was the bathroom. Everything was clean and modern, and we were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly as well, complete with a welcome drink, baggage service and an early check in.
