Night time staff member exceeded great expectations in regards to a personal issue that arose during my travel. Simply put, they attempted to solve my issue over and over without giving up. Will also mention the capsule room height was great.

I had to keep my luggage in the luggage room as no space by or inside the cabin for a normal sized suitcase.

I liked that it was clean and functional. The bathroom with multiple sinks was amazing. All sorts of toiletries and amenities that meant I didn’t have to worry about anything. It was exactly what I needed after a long day of travelling

I didn't like that the curtain of the cabin didn't close completely. As such, light from the hallway came into the cabin as well as noise from the other cabins. The curtains make some sounds, so be prepared that throughout the night, as people move in&out of their cabins, there will be quite some noise.

The location is perfect, directly at the airport. Both the cabin and the shared bathroom were clean and the staff was professional and kind. The bed was also very comfy. If you bring a sleeping mask and ear plugs, you can have a very good sleep.

I think 6600 yen is a bit steep for what you get. The beds are hard and uncomfortable. The privacy screen doesn't reach the floor. The bathroom is on a different floor from most of the "cabins". And the wifi was slow and disconnected frequently. I wish I had sprung for the "first class cabin" as it's only about $10 USD more and you get a much roomier cabin. But since it's in the airport, they can charge what they want.

The convenience of this place is exceptional. It is a 2 minute walk from Terminal 1 at Osaka Kansai Airport (and a 7 minute free shuttle bus ride from Terminal 2). The staff are friendly and helpful and speak decent English. Also the provided pajamas are comfy.

The walls are very thin which is understandable being a capsule hotel, earplugs are provided which did help a bit but apart from that, it was an pleasant stay!

I liked how easy it was to navigate, and how friendly the staff were! The shower was easy to find and I was given a map of the layout of the floors which made navigation that little bit easier.

I had estimated my arrival as 10pm and I got there at half nine. They told me I was half an hour early and would have to come back. I left my water bottle in the cabin and wondered if they would message me. I replaced it immediately and am not concerned, but they never messaged me. A long way to the loo and with my prostate I'm twice a night these days especially if the mattress is hard.

Arrived in Osaka knackered and hungry, and it was so close to where I landed that I barely had to think. My cabin was comfy and the shower was good.

Would have expected better amenities given the lack of storage for luggage. For example shower rooms do not have soap for washing face. The bed was not very comfortable.

Convenience of being located at the airport was really nice for an early flight and saved a time and effort. The facilities we're clean and well maintained.

It's not completely enclosed so there's risk someone may incur. Also the division between the rooms is slim that you can hear the people next to you snoring, which can be annoying at times. For a hostel, it is a bit pricey.

I stopped by this hostel overnight for a commute flight next day. The overall quality is good. Fairly quiet as no one is allowed to speak. The hot spring was top notched.

The room was very small, only the width of the twin bed. The door was only a screen that didn't close all the way, so you could hear everything in the hall, especially people opening and closing their screens. Everyone was considerate and quiet but if anyone hadn't been it would have been unfortunate.

The hotel was very easy to find and check in and out of. The bathrooms were extremely well stocked and large.
