Staff was very friendly, helpful and smiling. They did tasting of traditional alcohol drink Sake for us. We were chatting together and having nice time. They possess beautiful wall in the main hall where are nice photos and messages from their guests from the whole world. Room was spacious and comfortable. I really recommend this hotel.

If anything, breakfast was a little modest but very well thought out.

Staff were amazingly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. The experience given was very personal. Stayed 3 nights here with family and friends, enjoyed every day. Room was excellent. Facilities like toilet were exceptionally modern and incorporated many thoughtful features including being able to dry your clothes in the toilet thru very effective ventilators Duvets were extremely comfortable too and drinking water was free flow

Beautiful rooms and a cool vibe. This place is a 15 min walk from the station and is in a residential neighborhood. This does mean you are a little far from places you might want to go to as a tourist, but the public transportation system in Hiroshima is pretty great. The hotel has everything you will need, but some things (body lotion, robes, iron, etc) need to be "rented" (but it's free). Our room had an emergency exit which meant that there was only room for one chair in the balcony, which was disappointing. It would have been nice if they could have accommodated two smaller chairs as it defeats the socializing purpose of the balcony if only one guest can be there at a time. The in-room coffee provided was of excellent quality, and the staff were very helpful in coordinating with the luggage delivery service.

Modern hotel with great staff. Close to the station and a short bike ride or street car ride from the centre of Hiroshima. Our room was very big and very modern with a view! Staff were super helpful and we loved the complimentary Sake tasting.

The staff are amazingly attentive and helpful, and go out of their way to make guests feel welcome. The room is big and very comfortable, with a sliding door to a private balcony. It's an easy walk from the railway station (with perfect instructions provided) and about 40 minutes' flat walk to the A-bomb dome, peace gardens and museum, but there are buses and trams nearby. Breakfast is available and there are lovely amenities available in the lounge area. The sake tasting is interesting and fun too. Definitely recommended. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

7 minutes from Hiroshima station walking. Quiet place, everything is new and clean, spacious room. Check in time - 3 minutes Reception can speak English, perfect communication!

Nice modern boutique hotel within walking distance of Hiroshima station. The room was large with a nice seating area and a sink and fridge. It had a nice bathroom with a separate toilet. It felt like a self-contained apartment.

The location is a bit too far from the station. Had no trouble reaching on foot though even with a large luggage but it may be bothersome for some.

Very friendly staff! The room was clean, comfy and nicely decorated, felt more homely than a usual hotel room. The breakfast was delicious and included local products (and a leaflet with backstory on those).
