The chairs in the bedroom were old and dirty. It just makes you wonder how old the matrasses and pillows are.

Bathroom a little dated compared to the rest of the room/hotel, but minor in the grand scheme of things. Only thing was the two set heights for the shower head were too high for me (I’m 5’3) so ended up getting my hair wet every time I showered if I didn’t want to hold the shower head.

Lovely hotel, comfy bed and spacious room. Very friendly helpful staff who helped forward my luggage on. Great location, near the peace park/atomic dome and walking distance from the castle and Shukkeien gardens. 2 mins from a bus stop taking you to the main station.

Rooms quite compact, no lactose free milk alternatives for breakfast.

The location was great, very close (few minutes walking) to the main points of interest in the city and also close to some nice restaurants/bars. The beds were comfy and wifi good. The breakfast was good as well, Japanese and Western options available.

The hall of the hotel is very modern and nice, but rooms are still old especially the bathroom need a revamp. The only positive side of the room for us was the view, being on the 23rd floor.

Not all rooms are of the same size. Stayed 2 times. 2nd time got a smaller room without a closet and without dissent table for working with a computer. Previous stay I had a big issue with the receipt (didn't issue one).

Bathroom needs an update, although very clean.

The location is excellent for local site seeing, right on the avenue of peace. Excellent day / evening snacks and drinks ( no cost) on the top floor lounge which provides amazing views of the area looking out towards the coast and mountains.

Great location. Easy to get do using the trams and very close to the bustling Hondori market area. Takes 30mins to walk to Hiroshima station and worth it when the weather is nice. Room was a good size. The staff were friendly and helpful. You can leave your luggage at the hotel before check in. They have a happy hour most nights on the top floor.

Wifi was bad, also toilet was smelling the whole time. Second stay at a Mitsui hotel and they have the same issue. Bathroom is actually a cabin inserted in the room.

Location, breakfast with an amazing view on 25 th floor. Asked for a higher room floor and we had it .Incredible views from room, also free drinks( both red and white wine very good)

Early check in was not possible, so I had to walk around for 4 hours before I was allowed in my room. Also, the Airco turns of automatically which was very annoying.

I liked the bed, it was comfortable. The rooftop view also amazing.

Compared to other Mitsui Garden Hotels, could do with a bit of an update on room facilities, particularly the broadcasting service on the tv (connection from personal devices to hotel tv).

Great location, at a walking distance from the Peace Memorial. Staff is friendly and eager to support. My room had a great view of the city!

The room was not in the best condition. The bathroom was old and not up to standards for the category of the hotel. I really did not want to shower there...

The hotel itself is in a pretty good location with multiple bus stains nearby. The staff was very friendly also. The best part was definitely the sky lounge on the 25th floor with a view of the city! Amazing place, a lot of people gathered there during the day and it's also the breakfast room. We got free snacks, drinks and ice cream there. They also had a happy hour with wine etc. Wonderful place to relax in the evening or on a rainy day.

Brilliant location, near to the Peace park, restaurants and shops. Good size room and beds. Good amenities including laundry room. Great breakfast with lots of choice and the views from the breakfast lounge are breathtaking. Great way to start the day. Staff friendly and helpful.

The room was a tiny bit too small and the location was a bit meh to reach from Hiroshima station.

Very nice hotel. The room was great, very comfortable bed and a nice view over Hiroshima. Talking about nice views, they have a big lounge on the top floor where you can get free snacks and drinks until 10pm and get a great almost surround view of the city. It was lovely! The staff were super nice and helpful. I will definitely come back!
