Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

JapanThe staff seemed a little bit distant and not very friendly. All of the amenities are plastic. Toothbrushes are changed every day, which is absolutely unnecessary and very bad for the environment.
The rooms are nice and clean. Good location. Affordable price. Rooms are cleaned every day. Good coffee is provided in the rooms.

JapanThe lady staff at the reception was very welcoming and professional. On the other hand, the male staff (gentleman in his 40s) used casual Japanese asking me "What is it? (どうした)" when I check-out earlier than planned as I was waiting in the queue to be given the room key. That was a strange interaction.
The room was very comfortable with plenty of amenities. I rested well on the bed ant the pajama set was wonderful. It was pleasant. The hotel is close to Naminoue Shrine and the beach and within walking distance from Kokusai Street.

We really liked that the hotel is located in a quiet street so that we could have a nice rest without traffic or other noises. The location is ideal, close to Kokusai dori and also to the airport. They have daily cleaning which is not so frequent nowadays in Japan.
