We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location of the hotel was fantastic if you are looking for hotel close to the airport after a long flight or an early morning flight for the next morning. It was only a 5 min walk from the arrival terminal to the hotel front entry and another 5 min walk from the hotel to the departure terminal. Will stay at this place again next time I have an early morning flight.

AustraliaThe rom itself was beautifully quiet but strangely there were a lot of thudding noises from above … not super loud, but consistently, and a distraction.
Great location .. we arrived at terminal 1 by bus, and looked on Google maps to walk there & it showed it was over 30 minutes away! A phone call to the hotel fixed the issue. We were on level 4, and just had to go down to level 2 and walk across the covered walkway to the hotel. Google maps wanted to take us around the perimeter. Had a quick checkin. Our economy room was bigger than expected, included a table and chairs, and even toiletries, which were missing in our previous 3 **** Japanese hotels. Didn’t have breakfast due to our early departure.

AustraliaThe only breakfast option was the full buffet for $5000 YEN ($50 AUD), which is very expensive. Im sure it would have been lovely, but there were no other options, for example an ‘express’ breakfast (toast and coffee or similar) for less money.
The room was spotless and very comfortable. And by any standard (but especially in Japan), it was enormous. I really liked that it had a kettle, fridge, tea and coffee.
