The location was perfect just few steps to the train station. I needed a cable and adapter for my mobile phone and the reception team was very helpful and lend me.

Not much, maybe just the direction of the aircon and better soundproofing if I really need to nitpick

The hotel's a 2-3 mins walk from Izumisano Station (a stop away from Rinku Premium Outlet and two stops away from Kansai Airport). Very new hotel equipped with all necessary facilities, including a hand brew kettle and drip coffee! Tastefully decorated lobby and room, the bathroom is clean and of decent size, the room has enough space to open up your luggage (this is very important/uncommon in Japan!). Definitely a comfy and value-worthy place to stay while catching an early morning flight!

The room size is larger than most hotels in Japan. The staff was very helpful during check-in. They also help us store our luggage for 2 days. Also they were waiting for us until midnight due to flight delay.

Toilet was strangely small, not much space between toilet and wall. A little uncomfortable to use if you're over 5'5''. Door not very soundproof.

The room was super small, suitable for an overnight stay only.

We took a room in this hotel to spend a night before flight from Kansai Airport. Only 10 minutes train ride to the airport and the hotel itslef is 4 min walk from the train station. Area with shops and restaurants. Convinient. The room price was fair, it was clean and provided with toiletries.

Very friendly staff. Imbeccably clean. Very modern facilities and furniture. Super comfortable bed with a large and cozy blanket. Lots of in-room amenities - especially loved the fridge and the alarm clock! All that at an amazing value! I had a great stay. Thank you very much. (Hint: The TV's standby LED is quite bright but can be turned off in its settings.)

There wasn’t quite enough room for two sets of luggage making it difficult to navigate an already small room.

The hotel is very conveniently located, smartly appointed and the staff are lovely. The pj’s are a nice touch and the amenities (toothbrush, comb etc.) appreciated.

The light from under the TV. I couldn't find a way to turn it off, so in the end, I hung my jacket over the TV and flipped the ends to cover the light :p

Many great things. The receptionist was really friendly. The room has a nice vibe with the wall and lighting and good size. The kettle is modern, the hangers hook are of a sleek design, the modern temperature controller, there's a small bathtub with good water pressure... the details matter :)

In the first alley just outside Izumisano Station. Just 2 stations away from the airport. Lots of eateries nearby. 7Eleven just outside the station is big and clean. Brand new facilities and very clean. Filtered coffee bags are provided. Comfortable beds. Room is of good size.

They don’t provide drinking water (not even on paid basis). Plus, there is no vending machine inside the property so you’ll have to walk across the street to get a bottle of water.

Location, it was a 1 min walk from the train station. Cleanliness, the entire area including the rooms were super clean
