Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The hotel's a 2-3 mins walk from Izumisano Station (a stop away from Rinku Premium Outlet and two stops away from Kansai Airport). Very new hotel equipped with all necessary facilities, including a hand brew kettle and drip coffee! Tastefully decorated lobby and room, the bathroom is clean and of decent size, the room has enough space to open up your luggage (this is very important/uncommon in Japan!). Definitely a comfy and value-worthy place to stay while catching an early morning flight!

We took a room in this hotel to spend a night before flight from Kansai Airport. Only 10 minutes train ride to the airport and the hotel itslef is 4 min walk from the train station. Area with shops and restaurants. Convinient. The room price was fair, it was clean and provided with toiletries.

Many great things. The receptionist was really friendly. The room has a nice vibe with the wall and lighting and good size. The kettle is modern, the hangers hook are of a sleek design, the modern temperature controller, there's a small bathtub with good water pressure... the details matter :)
