A minor thing: As usual by western standards, the space around the beds is not generous. There is a single chair and small desk but not really space for two people to eat a meal in the room.

Located an easy bus trip from Hiroshima train station, easy walking distance to Peace park and literally a block from Hiroshima entertainment district. We are a family of four and had two connecting two bed rooms with two bathrooms. This was great! The breakfast is plentiful and has good variety. The value is phenomenal. The front desk staff were super friendly and helpful. They gave us a great okonomiyaki recommendation: Fumichan.

I really liked that the hotel had its highly visible large "smile" logo on the top of the building, made it easier to find your way with this as a landmark

Buffet breakfast could have more western style food but this is a minor point. Also the dryer for clothes in the hotel was very slow to dry clothes. After an hour our clothes were still not dry. But we appreciated that there was a laundry in the hotel.

Staff were friendly. Room was clean and spacious (for Japan). Location was good. Handy to street car and not too far away from the Peace Memorial Park.

Modern, clean and comfortable. Helpful staff and is very well located for restaurants and the Peace Park. It's a nice 25 minute walk, mostly along the river, from the main train station (or about 500 mts from the nearest tram stop).

Slow tumble dryer

Good location with walking distance to major attractions. Breakfast was delicious and staff were friendly. Coin operated washing machine was great however we needed to use the dryer few times for it completely dry our clothes.

For us it was perfect in every respect.

Location is a 24 minute walk from railway station, an easy walk in this very pleasant city. Staff very polite and helpful. Room excellent with modern bathroom. Breakfast is also excellent offering a very generous buffet of western and Japanese food. For the price it was exceptional value. We loved staying here.
