We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

VietnamStaff was excellent, they’re very friendly and helpful. Healthy breakfast. Me and my daughter enjoyed the onsen very much. They also have a free drinks party at 6 to 8PM and my husband very much enjoyed it. The room very clean. Hotel near train and bus station. The last day we leaving, it was raining. The staff noticed that we only have 2 umbrellas instead of 3, she following us and offered 1 umbrella for us.. that feeling so warm. We are very much appreciate her. Wish her all the best.

ItalyGreat location next to Kumari JR station which takes you to Osaka and the Kansai Airport. The room was smaller than expected but we could fit all our luggage with no issues! Bed was comfortable and there was a large selection of pillows to choose from. Free drinks in the evening and very good Japanese style breakfast. I loved the public bath as well!

United KingdomI wanted to try something Japanese for breakfast but I think most of the food was international. I asked if they might be able to call me a taxi, which they said they couldn't, which is very strange. The room was a bit dark and felt slightly cramped.
The staff member stayed up until I arrived (I arrived late as I hadn't anticipated there'd be no taxis at my terminal of the airport). He was extremely helpful, polite and friendly. Also, the stir fried pork at breakfast was very tasty. The room was super clean, and contained very useful equipment and chargers. Very well thought out.
