The room is really too small, and being on the top bunk makes it feel very cramped. It makes you not want to stay in the room.

The lift keeps closing its doors very quickly after arriving on the requested floor. Kind of bothersome when you have a few suitcases to unload. Also, the room is quite small.

The bed was very uncomfortable and hurt the back and sides of the body. There is a need to cover the mattress with a pad and soften the bed. There was nowhere to hang the wet towels.

A great value accommodation with a central location. The free breakfast was also a great bonus. The capsule style room was very nice and much roomier than other hotels. There was a TV in the bed and it was very comfortable. The bathrooms were very clean and i liked how the bathroom had toilet, shower, and sink all together.

The staff speak little English as we were charged extra USD for transaction because we asked the difference between JPY and USD, they couldn’t understand our questions. We found later that they charged more with USD payments.

Beware of the scam message in English sent in chat from this hotel asked you to pay and if not, your booking will be cancelled! No reply from their staffs when I paid and they only reply to my message few days before my check in date… all messages are in Japanese only said I have to pay again in the property. I am still chasing back my money from booking until today.

Hotel is new, in a good location, washing machine, Japanese breakfast was great or my husband like their homemade toast very much. Matcha latte in the coffee machine. Self check in and out at front desk.

People of the hotel is very nice, they can save your luggage before and after the checkout. Breakfast is included and it’s very complete You can walk to the hotel from Hiroshima Station so the location it’s great. Received a scam mail from booking.com but the problem was solved in no time.

The location is great: within walking distance from Hiroshima station but in a very quiet neighborhood. The room size is very decent in Japanese standard, with a super large flat screen TV and a super large bathroom! There is a public bath! So useful to relieve tiredness. The breakfast is included and with a large variety, both Japanese and Western, and so delicious!

The light suddenly was on during several hours during the night. I could not sleep during several hours but it was a general breakdown that happened only that night.

the cabin structure and design is not good and pretty uncomfortable. very much cramped, since unlike other cabin hostel/ capsules, here there is no separate locker/ luggage location. hence, in that small space you have to manage with your luggage and everything. the bed is upstairs and difficult to get up and if you need even a small thing, you need to get down with a lot of hassle
