The staff didn’t seem very helpful. We asked for help to make a taxi reservation to the airport for a very early flight, but they just directed us to a phone to make the call ourselves. Supposedly we could use English on the call, but the person on the other end couldn’t understand English.

The hotel amenities were maintained really well. The highlight for me was the hot bath and sauna.

Sadly NO TATTOO in onsen which is disappointing! The layout with the bathrooms only being accessible on 5th and 6th floor is strange. Not even a toilet on the floor to use.

Central and the private room was clean.

Location was very good and the premium cabin that I stayed in for 5 nights was just enough space, even for a tall person. The sauna and baths were very clean and in good condition.

Just that we couldn't order a taxi in English but that's on us, we're looking to improve our Japanese for our next trip!

Great location and the room was a lot more spacious than expected! They even had a public bath and sauna for guests to use and a large sitting area by the reception. I liked that even though it's a hostel concept it's very quiet and peaceful which is much needed after walking around the busy Kokusai-dori. And if you need a taxi, there is a phone near reception that connects directly to the taxi company but you would need to speak Japanese. We weren't able to do it successfully but the staff was able to help us so it all worked out!

As a capsule hotel the luggage store space is tiny. The cabins could have being designed with a little more space.

we have a lot of keys : the card to access to areas, the key for the locker inside de capsule, the key for keeping your suitcase safe, and the key for the shoes locker because no shoes is allowed inside the hotel. except this little thing, i have nothing bad to say!

really nice! very good location! kokusai dori 2min walk, 15min walk to go to the port of Naha or Tomari. there are charger near the bed, air conditioning, a closet to store a large backpack + can be locked, there is even a large mirror inside it, towels are provided, the equipment is perfect, the public baths/showers/toilets are clean, there are cool common areas and the dining room near the reception allowed me to wait for my ferry in peace with wifi which works really well. (they can keep your luggage after check out) i was supposed to stay in another hotel at the end of the month but i canceled to return to this one because it was so perfect! the value for money is incredible!

The room was a bit small for keeping a suitcase and I felt a bit discriminated against because the onsen did not allow any tattoos. Many private onsens, especially in hotels, are allowing it nowadays. I don’t understand why this hotel not.

    Modern facilities, good location.

That you couldn’t talk in the room (New experience for me)/ not enough space to keep the luggage in the room without it being a very tight squeeze.

The location was excellent - so close to the main shopping street in Naha right across the road from the station and easy bus ride to the airport. The room was great (Small size to be expected) and the price per night was so cheap! The only thing is that you can’t talk as the walls are paper thin and you can’t lock the door so I was a bit worried about my valuables but thankfully they had a lockable drawer for the smaller valuables. The public bath was pretty good and it was nice they replaced the towels each day and gave pjs to wear.

    - The Onsen is great but people with tattoos are not allowed to use it. Only in Japanese it's written that you can cover them, but it does not look like that's really ok. The english version "No tattoos!" is very discriminating. I could understand it more from a traditional Onsen but not in a modern hotel with international guests. All are paying the same price but not all have the same rights for using the rooms. That's not acceptable. A lot of people got tattoos and in some cultures it's a must have. A hotel should not have this old, conservative rules. - My bed was super but the sheets are very thin, so I could see that the guest before me was bleeding on the mattress.

The tap was very annoying. With a sensor. Filling a glass of water while brushing your teeth or wash your hands…. Didn’t really work. & no tattoos in the onsen. I did see more inked foreigners in there, but staff did mention it to me when they came in.

    Next to the shopping street.

The lightings in the room can be little too dark and can be straining on my eyes when I had to use my laptop for work. The ventilation takes awhile to work, so it can be a little stuffy (not majorly uncomfortable) during the sleep. There was some smell the moment you step into the male changing room of the public bath, but it dissipates after awhile.

The location of the accommodation is really close to Kencho Mae Monorail station. It is also situated within Kokusai-Dori street, many food places as well as Sapporo drug store to get your necessities. The deluxe cabins were kept very clean and it was sufficient space for a solo traveller. I went to soak the public bath for nearly every single night I was there too.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Considering its location and environment, it is definitely a hotel worth considering. The price is not only affordable, but it also has many different of facilities and a clean and tidy environment. If you arrive on the first night late and don't want to spend a lot of money on accommodation, this is definitely a good option.
