Assigned room wasn’t clean. Gave us another room and had to ask then to Hoover that. Thereafter this is a nice hotel except that the pool is tiny and dirty and the gym treadmill belts slip making them dangerous to use.

Very friendly mga stuff. Spacious parking lote, coffee and restaurant food taste good and reasonable price. Compare other place. Love the view of roof deck. Love this hotel feel so comfort. Easy access to mall and other places in tagaytay.

The WiFi was not fast and tends to get interrupted a lot. The room TV had nothing on and doesn't have any AirPlay compatibility so I wasn't able to stream shows on the big screen.

The place is underrated. It's actually a comfy place for good value. Food selection at breakfast wasn't the best but still good enough. The staff are warm and accommodating as well. The package I requested was surprisingly great too.

Location was a bit hard to get in and out of. Our room was facing the street, it was hard to fall right asleep. Maybe I should've requested a different room, but I didn't expect it to be loud at night. Little ants got in room. A bit higher priced than other hotels in the area.

Very boutique looking hotel, it's nice and airy and decorated tastefully. I love the bathroom has an option of a tub. My best friend and I liked the room set up. And the restaurant is quint, a la carte when it's a small group. Staff was great, very accommodating. Close by entries and mall.

No restaurant inside the hotel hence we needed to endure the traffic in Tagaytay to get good food.

It’s conveniently located at the heart of Tagaytay…near the roundabout.

The toilet and room has some smell because it’s located at high altitude, it’s very humid.

Location is at the central. There are some restaurants walking distance. We rented a trike ride with the help of hotel to People Sky park. It was a nice ride ! They staff at the hotel are especially friendly. I left my jacket at the breakfast place and they delivered it back to my hotel room !

The shower very little water pressure hot water hit and miss. Shower controls not easy to use. However, the main problem was water leaking from the glass shower screen onto the bath tub surround and then onto the floor. After taking a shower the floor was had a considerable amount of water this made the floor very slippery. We had to use towels and 6 bath mats to soak up the water. We reported this on day 1 and was immediately moved to another room which had the same problem. We stayed in the room and managed the situation. The house keeping team were very good and replaced mats and towels daily. In my opinion the bathrooms need a complete refurbish.

The hotel is situated along Tagaytay-Calamba road which can be ready busy even late at night. We were allocated the back side of the hotel and we could still hear the noise from passing vehicles; image having a room facing the road, which is also facing the Taal volcano. We stayed on a weekend and there were next door guests who were very noisy; non-stop yelling laughing seems to be coming from the common area of the 3rd floor. They were so loud during the wee hours (12-3am) yet non of hotel staff stopped them.

The hotel itself was good, the room we stayed in was spacious 45 sqm room. I requested for a connecting room but only back side facing of the hotel was available at the time. Breakfast was not so bad. Convenient and close to the center.
