You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

PhilippinesThe room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The staff are friendly. Their breakfast buffet has a wide range of choices, with a separate pork section which is good for those who do not eat pork. It's proximity to a mall is a bonus.

NetherlandsIt seems that the hotel is cutting down a lot on service when it comes to room amenities and breakfast. We have been coming to Park Inn Davao since it opened. There are no slippers in the rooms anymore, no bottled water and not even small personal towels. Breakfast choice and service was the worst since the hotel opened. Food choice is VERY limited for a hotel in this category and compared to others. The restaurant staff seems to consist of students doing their practice there. Very disappointed with the overall breakfast experience.
The location is great, next to SM Mall.

It’s right in front of SM Lanang Premier. The staff are super friendly, and they address issues and concerns quickly. There’s also enough parking space available. 😊
