Bed was a bit hard for my liking and pillows could be fluffier but it’s a personal preference. Seemed like a good quality mattress I just could have used a topper.

The property and the facilities are incredible. It’s quiet, comfortable, spacious and beautiful. The pool is freezing and refreshing. There is an outdoor patio, kids area, and trampoline. The grounds are well kept and everything is extremely clean and beautifully designed. Kitchen is well stocked and functional.

Really couldn’t find fault. Perhaps we might have liked a couple more towels.

The residence was elegant and palatial. The rooms were generously sized and bathroom requirements comfortable. The pool was very useful for my sore , tired legs from walking. The kitchen was large and well equipped. . A pleasure to cook in it.

If I have to find anything negative to say it is only that there were no towels or paper towels dry hands on in the kitchen after washing them. And you want to encourage people to wash hands as much as necessary when working with and around food and utensils.

Comfort. Slept great. Beautiful. Monogrammed sheets and towels were high quality and soft. Very clean. Staff was welcoming. Checked out and made food for the road in the kitchen. Great location. 30 min walk from the castle on the hill.

The quiet location with proximity to amazing laundry facilities. Which a pilgrim needs! Beautiful interior and grounds. Just a gem in the city!

Great location, excellent communication from Tiago and warm welcome from Carmo. Clean, beautifully kept and close to supermarkets and restaurants. Great value. Surprisingly quiet for being in the city.

Minor improvement would be a TV in the room and a kettle.

The property has been excellently modernised whilst retaining the period character and charm. Everywhere is spacious and comfortable. Linen and general cleanliness is more than exceptional which says a lot about the owners management and the caretakers commitment to the property. All in all a superb stay.

It would have been good if there was an iron available to use

Great historical property that’s been lovingly converted into a hotel. Very comfortable bed and great shower. The host Tiago sent a lot of useful information and responded quickly to my queries

Nothing we disliked, but some suggestions I'd make would be to have at least some coffee capsules as a welcome, and to accept MBWAY as a method for the deposit fee, nowadays physical money is not the best method for it.

The house is beautiful, well located, with private parking. The neighborhood is quiet, and the city center is near enough to go on foot. Supermarkets are near as well, and there's an ATM down the street.

Beautifully restored old mansion. Lots of attention to detail. Comfortable bed, shower, bathroom, etc. Large rooms with high ceilings. Fully equipped kitchen, dining room and multiple sitting areas. Close to laundry, grocery and coffee shops. And all this for a very affordable price.

Not a major issue for us but the lock in the bathroom door did not work.

After a long, hot day walking the Camino Portugues into Viana, 3 Marias was an oasis! This is a really lovely, spacious residence, with good sized bedroom & bathroom. The dining area, kitchen, lounge & outdoor lower grounds are all well proportioned & provisioned. The BIG bonus for us was the wonderful pool. Heaven for fatigued & overheated peregrinos!! 3 Marias is a handy 10 min walk to the Monte St Luzia funicular & 15-20 min walk into the attractive old centre. We'd happily stay at 3 Marias Residence again, and highly recommend to others.

There was nothing I didn't like except that we could only stay one night.

Beautiful residence, extremely comfortable rooms and the bathroom was excellent. Great communication with Tiago the host. The swimming pool was wonderful, after z day of walking the Camino it was a well deserved luxury! The kitchen was excellent, very well equipped and a great super market within 10 minutes walking. Very well situated!
