It was an exceptional experience, close to the center, clean and modern with a restaurant on the first floor and terrace with sun lounges on the rooftop. Thanks to Maikel who was our host and served us at the highest level. We will definitely come back to these apartments.

I don't have a bad word to say about my stay!

The apartment had everything that I needed for my stay, clean and well appointed. The restaurant downstairs, owned by the same people served excellent food and offered a discount for those renting the apartment. The host Maikel was excellent, attentive and generous, allowing me to stay for a final night free of charge when it became apparent that I had made a mistake with my departure date. If I return to Madeira, I will definitely consider these apartments again. 10 out of 10

The apartment is very comfortable. I was staying in room 301, it has the most gorgeous sea/mountain/city view. My personal recommendation. This room fits the best for 1-2 persons. Everything was very clean. The manager Maikel was always in contact to resolve any question. The apartment has a restaurant on the first floor, so there is place where you always can order a food. And there are also a lot of restaurants nearby. Also this apartment is not close to the road, so it’s quiet silent place. Definitely great place to stay!

We would have liked a sea view. Also one of the two balconies in our apartment had lots of noise from air conditioning units which necessitated the door being closed. The access alleyway to the accommodation needs to be smartened up.

We loved everything about the property. It was clean, lovely and great location.

What an incredible location and great value! We loved not being in a mayor hotel/resort because it felt so much more quiet and personal. Maikel our host made the trip so special. Helping us with any questions very promptly and encouraging us to dine at the spectacular restaurant right downstairs, which was our favorite meal of the entire trip. Seeing the ocean from the terrace also made for a wonderful time.

We were in Madeira for the second time. One of the best apartments. Everything clean and new. Tastefully decorated. Beautiful view from the window. You can eat breakfast on the balcony. I recommend definitely. The host very hospitable. I will return here in the future.

As this is in the restaurants there it gets a bit noisy sometimes for a short while and gets very quiet after 10 at night.

Beautiful clean apartment, a home away from home. Everything that you need in a kitchen for holiday. Very good quality sheets and towels and very Comfortable bed.It has a nice little balcony with a view for breakfast/lunch .Mikeal was our kind and friendly host. We enjoyed dinner ( with discount) in the restaurant below which serves tasty and top quality food.Location perfect just off main Avenue Infante where you can catch a bus to anywhere, food shops,restaurants on your doorstep.10/15 walk to centre of Funchal.

Everything was perfect!! I highly recommend visiting the Restaurante Casal da Penha, dinner was the best eaten on the island, was definitely worth every cent. Host hospitality made you feel like home.

Nothing to speak of, toilet was a little broken, but sorted immediately.

Conveniently located near to a bunch or major roads (and more pertinently an "Irish" bar) it's a cinch to get to. Upon arrival we met Maikel in the excellent restaurant downstairs, and were handed to codes. The room itself is spacious, with a fabulous view of the surrounding area and harbour. The Icing on the cake was a welcome gift, which came in handy for my partner's birthday! The local area is home to a number of excellent restaurants, and a number of cafes and bakeries for breakfast. Call me uncultured but the local communal gardens "butty van" did the best chicken, ham and pesto toasta to a company watching the ducks and swans mill about in the morning.

The only slight negative was the entrance shares side road with a restaurant whose waste bins were on occasion overflowing- not a pleasant sight.
