Due to the rooms are very small and adjacent, I just do not like some noise from the gusts during my stay. Also, the common area is just the eating tables and it was not comfortable.

The staff was so friendly and polite, especially the gentleman (his name Alfredo), the room is very very small and contains 6 dorms. The toilets were relatively clean and sufficient.

I didn't like the breakfast. It didn't value the money I'd spent. And the condition of the kitchen is very poor.

I liked the bedroom's accommodation. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hostel is well located.

There were other guests who were constantly on the phone and spoke very loudly on the phone, which always ended up bothering other people who wanted to enjoy the common area or even our room which was right next to the kitchen. What made me even more indignant is the fact that they practice the value they practice and offer very few services... for example I needed an iron and they didn't have it, I spoke to the receptionist and she said she would leave a note so that an iron could be bought the next day, when I asked for an iron again the next day they still hadn't bought it, I had to almost beg for a minimum and basic service to be provided.

The quality of services does not justify the value; Our room was on the 4th floor and there was no lift; Room service, our bed sheets and towels were changed every 4 days instead of everyday and we had to pay for new towels! the toilets did not look hygienic.

We got double-room which was next to kitchen, so it was so noisy for us. Furthermore we couldn't open window because it opened onto a terrace. There were cockroaches in our room and also in bathroom. After we got back to our homes, we found out we got bed bug's bites. We saw some bugs also in our room, but we believed they were cockroaches, but NO there were BED BUGS!!

nice location, for breakfast we got some bread w cheese and ham also milk with cornflakes- we were satisfied with it for the price. There was AC in the room

Old building, wooden floors creak. Our room was next to the shared kitchen and we had noise from other travellers until 12 am. Breakfast is very basic (1 loaf of bread, 1 slice of cheese, ham, milk, cereal and juice) but does the job.

Clean room, AC available, good location next to Anjos metro station (straight line to the city center).

The hostel was in a good location. But the bedroom was cold and noise was disturbing at very late at night and early hours in the morning from other guests wich is not acceptable as I'm trying to sleep never again.

-no bedsheet was changed for 5 days! -no community area other than kitchen -no lift, had to walk upto 4th floor -felt bedbugs, as all my skin was it itching.

-got the 4 bed mix only for myself for 3/5 days. -the floor and toilet were cleaned regularly. -great location -charging port next to your bed is a huge +

Unfortunately in our room there was no window, there was one which overlooked the ‘living room’ which was very loud when people were there and there was no fresh air in our room.

This hostel was located in a really good street in a center of Lisboa. The room was spacious and had air conditioning.
