Good location, near to bus terminal and old town. Common are was very comfortable. Staff are kind polite welcoming people. Breakfast is basic, but fine. I wish to stay longer. I forgot to return key when I checked out. When I called to hostel, they were polite and accepted my apology, then waited I sent key for them. although my mistake, they gave me warm words for my travel. Thank you very much.

This might have been the best managed hostel I have ever stayed in. The staff were extremely friendly, attentive, helpful, and welcoming. I could see them diligently peddle around the place to keep everything clean, shiny, and in a perfect shape. (They have secret doors to enter and leave rooms unobserved!) Everything was super clean and working all the time, from shiny bathrooms, to spotless linen, clean floors and tabletops. The common room is beautiful, with large wooden tables and floors, spacious and bright. Kitchen is well equipped and extremely well thought through, everything works and is in a good shape. Breakfast is a classical Portuguese staple self-service, while everything is carefully replenished all the time. Hostel is also very well located, a 5 minute walk to the bus station, and within the old town. (If You ever thought of what a well designed and tested code would look like, if it were a hostel, think no more.)

No privacy curtains around the beds, shaky bunks. The pillows and blankets are paper thin, I woke up freezing and took the upper bunk duvet, was told off by a receptionist the next day, totally inappropriate. Breakfast is VERY basic and the receptionist keeps walking around, it's a little uncomfortable, you're being watched all the time(there are CCTV cameras everywhere also)

Beautiful historical building in the heart of old Evora, super clean everywhere, nicely decorated and furnished, attention to detail, everything is so well kept and tidy, fully equipped kitchen and lovely living area. Heaters in the lounge and bedrooms but not in the bathrooms. Welcoming owner, very comfortable homely feel.

The hostel has an amazing location, within the city walls, close to the main attractions. The kitchen is very well equipped. Bathrooms were clean and the room was cozy. Very nice living room to rest, eat or chat. The staff was so nice to text me all the info I needed to make a late check-in, with no problems! Just remember to bring your towels with you.

Mafalda was absolutely top notch!! She's full of positive energy, warmth and professionalism. She welcomed me like an old friend and I immediately felt relaxed and comfortable. The bunk bed was creaky and I'm sure that annoyed the person sleeping on the bottom bed.

It's one of the best hostels I've ever stayed in! Located just 5 mins from the bus station and very close to the city centre in a lovely old townhouse. The staff is incredibly friendly and you feel more like a family member than a guest. And it's very clean too. There is a big common room, free breakfast and you can leave your luggage outside the check-in times free of charge.
