    It was all good.

Lovely place right in the heart of the Old Town, walkable to the main sights. Beautifully and minimally designed, simple and clean. You got what you paid for and more. Good and knowledgeable staff.

The hotel is a building of character and has been renovated to a high standard. The rooms are very comfortable and the location is ideal for exploring the historic centre of Evora. On-site car parking is a bonus. We would be happy to stay there again.

Parking. However, once we were told where to park within a few blocks it was easy. We didn’t need our car during our visit..

We were able to check in early. After returning to our room in the afternoon, reception came to our room with a light tasting of grapes and nuts. Breakfast was incredible. It was an oasis on our tour through Portugal.

We waited a long time to be taken to our rooms while the person in charge was trying to resolve another guest's concern.

Great location, beautiful building. Fantastic breakfast both in terms of quality and broad selection. Friendly staff.

Noble House is an elegant little hotel in an excellent location. The building is centuries old, but the facilities are modern. Our room had the original painted ceiling. Breakfast was more than adequate and the staff helpful. Highly recommended.

Lovely spacious room, with a small sitting room attached, great bathroom, comfortable bed, tasteful decor, everything in very good condition and thoughtful touches like a slate of grapes and walnuts and chocolate as a welcoming gift. The breakfast was excellent - an assortment of options, beautifully presented in the attractive dining room. The staff were helpful and personable and we loved the public spaces including the patios. The hotel is very well located to see the main sights of Evora which are an easy few minutes walk away. A great stay!

The street outside the front door is so narrow that a SUV would find it difficult, if not impossible, to get through. The hotel car park is in a parallel street. With no lift the 70+ steps from the car park to our room 24 at the top was a struggle.

The hotel is in an ideal location very close to the cathedral and the remains of the Roman temple. The room itself was excellent: Comfortable bedroom with views to the east, good sitting room with sofa, arm chair, desk and cupboard. Very helpful receptionist who helped with our bags and advised on local restaurants. Satisfactory breakfast

This place checks all the meaningful boxes. Very close to everything that you might be in Evora to see or do. Clean and comfortable rooms. Helpful and professional staff. And all this with a very reasonable price tag. Good value, for sure.

Too many emails before, during and after the stay. We were requested to identify the time when we would have breakfast, which I found annoying because I don’t feel like structuring my schedule around the breakfast time when on holiday. They explained they needed to do this in order to accommodate all guests due to the breakfast room being rather small, but when on one of the days it was crowded and some people couldn’t find places to sit, I didn’t see any of the staff checking if the guests arrived at the time they were scheduled to. So I don’t know if we were the only people required to eat at certain time, which we did not and it turned out just fine. The air conditioner in the room didn’t work which was a huge inconvenience since it was extremely rainy and cold on one of the nights. I reported the problem to the front desk in the morning, but it didn’t get fixed and no one said anything to me until the end of my stay. The toaster in the breakfast room was broken. Scrambled eggs were cold as the pan they were in was “heated” by 3 tea-candles. One of the emails said they helped with luggage on arrival, but we were not offered. None of these I would have bothered to complain about, but the hotel seems to be very proud of their status of a boutique hotel while failing to provide service expected from any average property. This was my most uncomfortable stay out of the 9 hotels during 2.5 weeks in Algarve and Alentejo with some other hotels being half the price of this.

Charming historical building located in the old town

The bedding had too much detergent when it was last washed, so the smell was overpowering!

A gorgeous boutique hotel in the heart of Evora's old city walls, with super views of the surrounding city and countryside. The building and furnishings are oozing character, and our suite room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast buffet was fresh, beautiful and tasty. The welcome snacks were local and yummy, upon our arrival, and were a lovely surprise. This place is definitely worth a stay!
