  “When we arrived at the Oatridge hotel, the manager of the hotel told us that unfortunately he his boiler had broken but that he had booked us in to a lovely 4 star hotel just 2 minutes away. We really appreciated this and the hotel we stayed in was beautiful. The star reviews are based on the hotel that we stayed in.”
