Dear friends, I would like to give 10 stars to the apartment, which is located on the 11th floor of the Gold City hotel. You can already imagine how beautiful the city panorama is. The apartment is equipped. The owner is a treasure. Helpful, cheerful, he will answer all your questions, he is devoted with his whole heart. for its guests. The owner of the apartment speaks English and Polish, so communication is at a higher level.

The hotel itself was a rip off and very poorly run My family got sick as did many other people and they hotel claimed this was nothing to do with them, i fail to see how so many people from this hotel got sick but it was not due to them The shop was a total rip off and charged more than double what the locals get charged One person I met paid €38 for a bottle of sun cream Another €10 for a redbull They make the prices up as they go it’s a joke honestly Booking.com stated this property is all inclusive when I booked and this was a lie On arrival I was told all inclusive was an extra €1600! I have been told since we arrived the prices have risen again for all inclusive!

AC was not working in the reception’s hotel as well as a part of their elevators were not working furthermore, I did not get informed from booking.com that there was no cleaning service for the room.Arif was a really helpful and friendly person.

You will be guest of a property owner inside the hotel, not a regular (all inclusive) hotel guest. No issue, but something to be aware of. Only half of the elevators were in service during our stay. Only a temporaray issue, for sure.

The included Aqua Park was a highlight for the kids (as expected). Beware that it has opened only 2x2h a day. Very nice pool area. Everything was clean. Minor electrical issues got fixed the same night.

The restaurant manager was NOT professional. The hotel staff in general (reception and restaurant) was NOT professional. The food was rough.

The owner (Arif) was professional. The aqua park was good. The Swimming pools were clean.

We loved everything. Arif, the owner welcomed us outside the hotel. He took us to our apartment personally and talked through things with us. Gave us his number and asked us to message anything we needed anything. He was very helpful! We had booked she apartment only so Arif very kindly recommended restaurents for us to go to in the town. We were spoilt for choice.thengotel had snack bards where we ate too. Prices are reasonable The hotel was amazing. The highlight was ofcourse the aqua park and swimming pools. Sauna, steam, spa, and indoor pools are also included in the price. Rooms ere really big and extremely clean. It's a 5* so everything was just great. We throughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again! Thanks Arif!

From the day of booking we have been in contact with the owner of the appartment and whatever question We had or assistance needed everything was fulfilled to our full satisfaction. These has made our holiday to a full success. The pools and entertainment Programm in the hotel are amazing too. Location is very very good. They advertise an indoor pool but it was never available during our 7 day stay (they weren’t heating the water so it was unusable) staff didn’t seem concerned, but this was the main reason we booked this hotel. Also, owner of the apartment said I have to pay for the electricity used which was a first! Roaming cats pooped in the hallway, told reception, but was not cleaned up until 3 days later.

Clean rooms, nice kitchen with complimentary snacks, good spa facilities at decent prices. They have a supermarket which was useful (being on top of a hill, the nearest alternative was a 7 minute drive) and a Starbucks.

The hotel is on a hill so it’s not very easy to walk to local shops and restaurants, there is shuttles every one hour to and from the city and the beach,

Rooms are big, the view is amazing from any room and balcony, it’s huge hotel with aqua park

The staff were horrible, they made us pay 100 euros for electricity, coming from sweden I have never seen a hotel making somebody pay 100 euros, despite this, the so called manager was so rude that he in fact threw our factura right in front of our faces, and as a manager thats the worst thing you can do, if he really was the manager as he said to be, then this place has no good staff. Overall rude and horrible staff. I had really high expectations aswell.

The activities were good, and the place looked good, with a nice pool and aquapark. But everything had its cost,nothing were really for free as it said to be
