How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.

A sound issue between the bedrooms - we could hear next door’s television. However this was not a major problem

The road heading to the hotel is very narrow. The shower is pretty small even for a small size asian like us.
Near to the bazaar area, good for those who wish to shop till you drop. Friendly front desk staff and communicate well in English.

Bit of over priced considering other hotels in the same locality.
Hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city with major attractions like Osmangazi tomb and Koza Han market within walking distance.

The parking is fine if you could find any open parking, but in our case, my husband had to ask the staff to park the car in the basement parking because the space was tight and steep especially for a big car. Staff is very helpful.
Location is great. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Within a walking distance to downtown and grand mosque. Breakfast selection is superb, with lots of varieties. The staff are friendly and very customer oriented. Highly recommended.

Some items were missing from the room. Cuttle (to make hot water) Needs better Pillows and blankets.
Great location close to Bazaars, room size is fine. Barthoom was abit smelly (main drainage) Breakfast was good (no coffee though 🥲) Spa was nice 👌 Nice place for the asking price.

Room size, No shampoo rack in shower place which made me unconfutable somehow. Shower head very small, these are not major issues which can be rectify easily. rest all good.
Best location and beat staff. I forgot my Debit Card in the room Mr.Mahmoud Alsalah came fast and returned it very honest person also he checked on me if I have reached back safely :-) Mr.Saif was helpful as well. Mrs Asli the manager came out just to say bye. They speak Arabic & English which was very helpful. if I'm ever back to Bursa for sure I'm staying here. Thanks all. Everything was nearby. Breakfast was OK,

extremely central. five minutes walk to Grand Mosque and Osmangazi tomb. the staff was friendly and cooperative. Mr. Seyf, mr. Omer and Mr Okan were very helpful in guiding us . they even helped us in booking our bus tickets to Antalya and gave good instructions about where to go and how to go in the city.

There was not much to dislike about this hotel. It is relatively cheaply priced accommodation and you get what you pay for, and perhaps even a little bit more.
The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, located very close to public transport, but also to the major sights of Bursa, the markets as well as the major mosques, museums and fortress. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was standard, with basic Turkish cuisine options, but plentiful. The staff was very helpful and understanding. And the best of all, the price was extremely affordable.

Walls were a bit too thin and hardwood floors made noise in the passage quite loud.
Excellent location, near the shops and some attractions. Spa is excellent, really value for money. Hotel staff friendly, went above and beyond to assist us. Very beautiful and comfortable lobby to relax in while waiting for taxi.

Friendly and very helpful staffs such as Mahmoud Alsaleh, Saifeddin and others including the Manager, Asl Özgüler. They spoke English well 👍😊. Breakfast with varieties of foods. Good hotel location, 5 minutes walking distance to Ulu Camii (Bursa Great Mosque), Koza Han (shopping!) and ATM facilities.
