Rooms is small Duble beeds is very small and mattress not comfort Room clean need to be better , they didn't clean the floor in the room In dining room and terrace, they didn't make basic clean for tables, just put runner upper dirty table I order tow double rooms ( big rooms ) I get only one room and the other is small one with tow separate beds! Almost i stay 9 nights and demand to change later , they didn't change !! For late check out , they give underground room with very bad smell (damp and musty smell) and not clean room ! German and Russian guest get extra attention from the staff especially the waiters (It was racist and insulting)

Room next to elevator can be noisy some times due to people talking loud. But this is probably the same in any hotel, so I can live with it. Location is far away from Alanya and Side, only doable by car, taxi or bus.

In general top service and friendly staff. Very clean. Easy free parking. Food is better than average, but not amazing. Great shows in the evening. Pretty nice layout. The spa was amazing and can recommend this to anyone. Worth the money. Location is good if you have a car, because you can see both Alanya and Side. Hotel is between these 2 cities. And it’s only a 10 minutes drive from the beautiful Alara Castle which is probably the most amazing castle I have ever seen (out of 100+ castles), please be aware that it’s quite dangerous to get up the castle.

They changed the pier. The pictures on booking.com are outdated. They now have a mini beach. The normal pool was very very crowded.

activities had to be paid for like massages and haircuts and store was overpriced when a store down the road had stuff 50% cheaper and same for haircut. food got very bland after a couple days the same stuff in the buffet

Rooms are not as per selection, Cupboards fell off the hinge on opening, one room had a leaking AC, molded silicone in bathrooms, horrible smell as you get off the elevators by the restaurant all the time!you feel sick before even starting your meal, indoor lobby, restaurants and reception areas were unpleasantly hot all the time (poor AC system), there's no effort to even make the reception, lobbys and rooms smell as if you walked into a 5 star luxury resort. Luxury 5 star accomodations should leave all 5 senses engaged and satisfied at all times. Customer service from the reception manager was disappointing and tasteless, no concern for assisting where possible once they have your money. Booked 4 sea 'view' facing rooms, where the images all have glass balconys and was given rooms with a large width and height brick balcony. Was impossible to be seated on the balcony and enjoy a view let alone view the resort pool decks or much from your room. On requesting to change rooms I was told it is sea facing 🤣 not sea view and the images online are not the same and it can change (false advertising) had to chase up everyday only to be told after the stay that no room change request was requested. Customer relations manager seemed sympathetic on the day we checked out. Which by the way was the first time the reception manager said we should speak to customer relations. Food options where large is quantity but lacked quality and taste. 7 out of 11 from our group ended up with tummy issues by day 2. The spa is poorly kept, very noisy and you have to walk in crowded areas to get to the next treatment (In barely any clothes as they do not provide gowns). The treatments are not up to standard. Part of our package was a face mask, which we had to wash out ourselves in the bathrooms. they expected women to sit almost naked in a communal hamam. At the entrance is two fish pedicure tanks that are have unclear dirty water. Would not recommend the Granada chain.

The staff does not cooperate and does not know how to speak, we booked through Booking and chose the option to pay through the Booking app, but we were surprised that the hotel did not want to charge the credit in advance and asked us to pay at the reception in cash, so this is a very large part of our wasted money.
