The first room we were given was right on top of the disco floor with booming music and flushing lights till midnight. The aircon was very clunky, and the bathroom door wasn't closing properly. We asked for another, and moved to the other side of the hotel with no problem. In the other room the shower was blocked, but the issue was resolved quickly.

Exceptional service, very polite and quick throughout. The food, although sometimes not very warm, was very good, an amazing mix of cuisines for every taste. Live music in the evenings was very enjoyable. Generally, our stay was very good and relaxing.

The specialty restaurants were not great. Paying extra for food that was not better than the main dining room was disappointing. The seafood restaurant was not really open and it was something we had wanted to try.

Too easy to over-eat! Due to this being a quiet time of year, no outdoor shows and some beach equipment was not available. We were advised that due to the season, the air con was not able to be adjusted to a cooler setting. This made the nights quite hot - est. 28-30 degrees. Outside was much cooler but you would have to be comfortable leaving the balcony door open overnight.

The variety of delicious food the amazing service provided in the buffet dining room. If you like desserts, olives, cheese, salads and breads, you will be happy. A great selection of Turkish dishes with vegetarian and vegan options. The dining room waiting staff were the best and I saw how they were complemented by other guests. They were very accommodating to unusual requests and always attentive. No request was too small. Similarly, the bar staff were friendly and helpful. We also liked that it was quiet at the resort for the time we were there, so that we could take advantage of no lines for food, multiple quiet spaces, ease with making reservations and no one in the outdoor pool when we wanted to swim. You can relax by the pool and read or just sleep with no noisy interruptions. See below for the downside of it being quiet. Enjoyed the live entertainment in the bar and the Turkish spa. The grounds and the pools were beautiful, just like the photos. Value for money would be better if we drank alcohol but we did enjoy the non-alcoholic options, particularly the buffet dining OJ. Wifi coverage was very good.

The facilities are old, overall the place needs a bit of an update. The water pressure in the shower in the room was pretty bad, the door to our room was problematic even though they tried to fix it a couple times. And lastly the some of the staff didn’t speak English so that made communication a bit harder.

The staff and the level of service were really good. We were there in winter so it was calm and quiet and that was great as well. The rooms are pretty big. Spa was nice.

Here we were treated like royalty! The facilities are superb; even with two children in tow you can have a genuinely relaxing time. Acres of swimming pools, beautiful sea views and the hotel amenities extend all the way to the sea so you need never worry about having to look for a drink or even a toilet! The main restaurant food is generous in both the variety and quality of dishes on offer, attentive yet reserved service, and is open practically all day. We cannot highly recommend enough their Wasabi restaurant - authentic Chinese dishes, cooked to order to an extremely high standard,set in a richly decorated theatre of a room. A pleasure indeed; heck I nearly enjoyed my hangover. Thank you to everyone at Spice hotel for a most memorable stay.

There's not much activities in the hotel. Many things including the beach in the off-season period is closed.

The room was nice, I took the two-bedroom family suite, it was nice with spectacular views. However, there was a problem at the beginning when we checked in, they gave us a non-sea-view room, but my reservation says it should be a sea view room, so I called for the manager and he helped us and gave us what we reserved. Hopefully, we came in off-season period, otherwise we wouldn't have found availability. Otherwise, it was nice. The indoor pool was nice and warm.

Transfer from the airport, that was proposed by the hotel, was too expensive and the van was too old and surely not correspond to the price. My suggestion for a guests is to manage transfer by themselves in advance. There is a lot of providers, that you can find in social media like instagram of FB.

Good and clean beach, room and territory, delicious meals, but restaurant was very crowded, sometimes we had to search for the table a bit long. Staff was very kind and responsive. Entertainment program was also not bad.

I didn't like some activities package price on site it was expensive compared to other places but then that's all down to individual where they want to do these water activities. Reducing price needs to be looked at.

Food in this resort is so delicious that you won't be hungry I enjoyed so did my kids. I liked the fact its always clean inside and outside. Friendly staffs made my trip very pleasant. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone especially to family with kids because there is plenty activities to do.

Alcohol in my room without asking me *I asked for it to be removed. Might be helpful to develop visual aids to facilitate communication between people speaking different languages. A bit further out from the old part where you will get a better cultural experience.

The staff at reception/guest relations could not speak English. Our baggage took almost a hour to get to our room at night and the staff had attitude about it. The tour group on site also gave us a rental car with zero petrol and then did not refund us for the fuel added.

The food was very very good. Great selection across all meals and good snacks in the afternoon provided around the hotel. Plenty pools and entertainment

The room was tired and a little old. Beds were uncomfortable. I had a 2 bedroom suite and the aircon was not working in one of the rooms so we tried to sleep with the windows open as it was cool at night however it was impossible as the music from outside was so loud couldn't sleep before 00:30 when all the hotels stop at the same time. Hotel proposed to switch rooms as they tried to fix the air-conditioning 3 times but had 2 nights left. Staff at the hotel spoke little English and seemed everyone spoke Russian. It was a little shocking that the front desk and guest services had problems speaking English. Guest services tried booking golf courses for us but it was hard to communicate. I think this hotel caters mostly to Russian guests.

Food was good, buffet style with different options. Staff is very polite and very friendly. The pool was very clean and the beach was wonderful. Very nice Spa.

everything was fine. except the minimarket, there was a bure who sold us a pack of Malboro for 9 euros... when in the minimarket outside the Malboro hotel it was 1.5 euros. a lot of difference. it's called theft

cleaning wasn’t excellent. a lot off dust on the tv, furniture, the floor wasn’t cleaned properly also. after I asked 3 times to clean the dust in tv, the facility manager told that there general cleaning will be done, but it didn’t happen. the dust on tv stayed during all 14 weeks of my vacation.

great location, loved interior and exterior of the hotel, specifically very interesting pieces from India. lovely bars, where you can sip a cocktail on the beach. also loved the beach.

Suite only had one bathroom; would have expected two for a family and at the price. Sun Ed towels were worn and old. A La cartel restaurants do not look appealing. Main restaurant was excellent though. Prices at the hotel shop were ridiculous - 61 euros for a pack of playing cards, Nivea sun cream x 1 and some bite spray/cream!

Overall nice hotel. Friendly staff, especially some bar staff and hotel manager. Great room, although we had to upgrade to a better suite, but it had amazing views.
