Tv was broken,not enough sleeping covers. Door didn't close well so had to bang it shut

Breakfast was decent. Had to change rooms as I wanted 2 single beds and got 1 double. The new room was ok but the TV didn't work, was offered a new room after 2 days which was fine.

Due to location the music on the strip went on until 2am which was at times too much. But that’s nothing that the hotel is responsible for

Staff cleaned and changed bedding daily. All staff were lovely and very accommodating. The rooms were spacious and the bed was comfortable

Only thing I didn’t like about the property is the lighting in the room was very cold and bright, it made it really hard to relax. Felt like hospital lighting.

The room was clean and had a good view of the ocean and the staff were very friendly. Good breakfast too.

AC outside unit was too loud it might have disturbed my sleep if I had not my earplugs. I had some really scary moments with the vault keypad as well. Also bathroom drain and sealing needs a bit attention. But afterall the room was very clean and comfy.

The staff was really helpful and kind. The breakfast was very good and fresh each day. In general it was a clean tidy hotel, very close to the beach and main attraction. I was pleased with my stay.

The location and especially the staff. Eylul was exceptional and her superior level of service she provided. Gave us written details of place to see, restaurants to eat. What specialities each place had to offer. In couple of days we were able to explore and do a lot of things in a short time. Very thankful to her for the guidance and making our stay in Marmaris outstanding. Thank you EYLUL !!!😀

The rooms are a tad small, and would have been nice to have tea/coffee facilities in room. But location and view was good

Breakfast was ok. Location was good. Unfortunately no kettle in room though facilities were made available downstairs. Best part was meeting Eylul, the young receptionist, who was very pleasant and helpful :)

The choice and variety of the food for breakfast. As a tourist there should be a bigger choice of international food.

The whole stay was good and the staff was very friendly and helpfull, especially Eylül. She was very helpful and helped us in all questions we had.

The wifi was awful, rarely worked even in reception and even when we were connected nothing would load.

The location is perfect it’s right at the beach, the pool was always really quiet we were often the only people there which we loved + the rooms were very big for a hotel

The doors in the hotel had some sort of hinge on them so they would slam shut and it was loud. People came and went all day and all night so there was this noise of doors slamming a lot of the time.

We loved the breakfast in the morning, it was slightly different every day. The hotel had a lift so that was also a bonus. The pool was also lovely after a day at the beach. The beach was just a minute walk away. The restaurants were also on the beach. We didn't have to pay for sun beds on the beach as long as we bought a cooldrink from the restaurant it was fine. No pressure.

Wifi was poor in the rooms. Breakfast was ok, but some of our party would have liked more variety. Noise from nearby bars at night was very loud

Everything was spotless, rooms cleaned every day. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Pool area was spotless. Close to beach, shops and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay!
