Staff was friendly and room was OK, not that roomtype what we booked via booking.com, not hotel's/ reception's fault, booking.com was just giving wrong information (not the first time). Beds were very comfortable and well equipped-room and balcony clean and tidy. All the facilities/ entertainment promised weren't available, maybe because it wasn't the season yet. Meals were offered open-buffet style; food was good and tasty and waiters almost too quick to clean the table. Location of the hotel is little bit aside of the "center" and it's quite a walk to the beach, also "suite with the sea-view " is maybe too over advertised. Wi-Fi was good in the room & public areas of the hotel.

Nothing just wished the spa had a professional masseuse. But I enjoyed the hamam experience.

The hotel has everything you need. The receptionist were very helpful a special thanks to Mert and Ibrahim and the supervisor. Good quality restaurant food with fresh mezze salads and fruits.The hotels is located 5 minutes away from city centre and the beach.

Not much but was a bit disappointed with the pool as its quite shallow the whole way through. A double bed would have been preferred too.

The staff were exceptional from start to finish, always on hand to help and kept the hotel very clean. The food was varied and could tell a lot was made from fresh. It was an incredible price considering food and drink was unlimited from 8am up until 11pm and the facilities as a whole were impressive.

Been here now 2 times this year. Just came back 3 weeks ago from this place. Had a top floor room looking over the sea and Alanya. Location is perfect for walking and shopping after a day in the pool. All inclusive is great. Not a resort but the hotel has everything. Staff are so nice and helpful along with the management, they done everything to make our stay wonderful. Beach is a 20 min walk or a shuttle that hotel provides you can take or a taxi for 3 euro. Rooms are very big and clean. Day time pool area can be packed but pool isn't to much. Between lunch and dinner they have snacks, burgers, fries ect. If you want to be in the centre of shops, clubs, bars and walking distance to the beach, this is the hotel you want to stay in.

we had booked for 3 adults, we were given one apartment with 2 bedrooms and a living room and also a spare room. (means we had 3 bedrooms). I requested to cancel the single room so we could save money but the staff didn’t agree and we had to pay for a room that we didn’t use.

That is very loud at night, so you cant sleep because the guests are talking so loud and nobody says anything. Almost everyday some kind os alarm went off because guests smoke in their room (alarms at apc. 5 am). In room you get blanket that si so worn out, its dirty and very uncomfortable. Food is everyday the same and its not so tasty.

We were promised rooms next to each other but receieved all 3 rooms on different floors. AC in one room did not work properly and was fixed the day after.

Staff great. Always there for you. Good bar, good drinks but it's local alcohol in the all Inclusive, anything international for a little extra charge. Food was very delicious. 1 km walk to beach, lots of shops on the way to but lots of stuff.

Elevators very slow , Shuttle bus to the beach ( beach 1.2km away from the hotel ) should be every 45min from 10am until 5pm . Sunbeds , sun umbrella , drinks and alcohol extra pay on the beach.

Jedina zamjerka, trebalo bi biti vise veganske hrane, ili hrane pripremljene od jedne ili dvije namirnice, za djecu koja imaju alergije na jaja i mlijeko.

Hotel je cist, posteljina se mjenja svaki dan, kupatilo je cisto. Hrana je super, sadrzaji hotelskog kompleksa su super...mi smo sa djecom uzivali. Voda u bazenima je cista i topla.
