Most Of The Staff Was Very Outgoing , Friendly , And Down To Earth . They Always Tried They Best And I Always Respected That.

It was okay but the room wasn’t all that the shower was not good to take a shower in didn’t have a shower holes the pillow case had a big brown spot on it when I got it there just wasn’t sanitary

I thought the bathroom was subpar. the towels were stained and I wasn’t sure if they were just dirty or stained. the chairs were not clean but I brought Lysol and sprayed them down. I was there for 3 nights and the trash was taken out once. the upper lock on the door didn’t work.

smoking rooms are hard to find. as a single female, I appreciated the fact that I didn’t have to step outside to smoke

The freezer was frozen solid with ice so we weren't able to use it and the refrigerator barely cooled our drinks. The water in the pool was very murky but you could smell the chlorine. I took my 3 young grandchildren for breakfast at 8am and they only had coffee for them to drink so I had to go buy breakfast. The TV volume didn't work you could barely hear the sound when it was turned all the way up. We had to utilize the closed caption, that wasn't useful for my 5 year old grandchildren.

The beds were clean and the rooms stayed very cool. The staff was very friendly.

bathtub was nasty, had to buy bleach to bleach the tub and toilet. Floor was horrible looks like it was never mopped if you walked with No shoes your feet were dirty. pillows were kinda hard.

No telephone,nor was there batteries in the clock radio. Lamp had wired exposed,frig not cleaned the freezer built up of ice,dusty the room was down right dirty. Website is nothing like it says and construction. Housekeeper did not knock or announce them selves until almost entering the bathroom where I was. My opinion this hotel should not be open for business!

When we 1st arrived, our room’s ceiling was leaking, then we found the fridge wasn’t working. The staff was quick and switched our room. The second room we were in was much better except, one of the mirrors at the sink was broken. We watched tv the 1st night, but during the night, we could still hear the tv but screen went black and we could no longer watch tv for the rest of our trip.

Way over priced with minimal service. Some staff were rude and less than helpful when told about the toilet either barely flushing or not at all. Eventually gave us a plunger after multiple complaints. Two spiders and one big roach were killed during the stay and the water needed to run for a few min before showering because it runs brown at first. We were also told by housekeeping that sheets are changed only once a week and not after each check out.

I canceled my stay at this hotel. It was unclean, vandalized, unsafe and downright disgusting. My kids did not feel at ease and were scared to even think about sleeping here. I don't feel this should be used through a booking agency, the pictures are very misleading and falsely advertised. I found another hotel and had to pay another few hundred dollars to book a stay since we traveled over 8 hours and didn't have the option of just going back home. Very discouraging and I will not be using booking.com again for my travels as they also were no help in a very uncomfortable and unsafe situation. Highly disappointed!!!

Nothing at all the first room bathtub start backing up and they had to move us then there are no TV channels in any of the rooms

Everything. This place needs to be shut down immediately. Even the police said they have been trying to shut down this place.
