Breakfast was subpar. I liked the amount of choices they had. Pillows are feather pillows, so not much shape. Personally prefer different type with more sturdiness.

The bed was large and comfortable. We were able to get an early check in. Staff was very helpful the entire time.

Pancake machine didn’t work properly. Tried second day and gave up on idea of having any. Husband liked the gravy for biscuits. Toaster didn’t work on one side?

Parking lot had a lot of garbage in it.

The staff tried real hard to keep things clean and orderly during their renovation.

Longer time for breakfast. The room could have used a good deep clean, however sheets and towels were clean.

Breakfast time ended at 9:30, that was a bit early for us. It is under construction so there was dirt, but that is to be expected. Our room looked new but did not look well cleaned up after the construction crew left. It was comfortable and the room was very nice. The upgrades are well done.

Bathtub area. Calking cracked and missing areas. Wall paper pealing away. Mold on bottom of shower wall close to drain area( underneath plastic wall. You could visibly see mold drops. Heating on wall only stayed on high and blew out cool air even those wall thermostat should 76 degrees. Fan never turned off. Bottoms on wall unit didn’t work to adjust anything.

The pool was out of service, there was no hot tub as advertised on the website. Found a live bug in the bathroom.

The breakfast was good. Good location, close to stores The late night front desk person was helpful, we arrived after midnight. Enjoyed the Dove soaps and shampoos.

the property needs a refresh, bathroom floor grout falling out, no light over the sink in the kitchenette made it difficult to see and the faucet had a significant leak, I was disappointed that the kitchenette did not have towels, dishes silverware that you would expect in an executive suite.

They need to update their sign about the swimming pool closing a hour early. And I couldn't get a extra two pillows, which my king size bed came with 3, but my daughter slept on a pull out couch. The pillows are very soft so we wasn't as comfortable as we could have been, but we managed.

The air conditioner was too loud, and though the hotel is in a quiet place, there were no way to open a window.

Maybe I haven't travelec in years but I thought housekeeping cleaned or at least changed towels and took out the trash daily they didn't.

I liked the continental breakfast, coffee always available, staff was friendly and helpful.

We were in town to see my mom before she passed. I think anything I have negative to say would have been things that I would have tolerated better under better circumstances. So I choose not to share the negative because it may not be fair.

The lady working the breakfast bar was extremely kind and accommodating.

The breakfast! I would have appreciated some fresh fruit and hot food on the bar instead of Jimmy Dean sandwiches. Though I understand that there was only one person running the desk and breakfast.

The staff needs to check everything I took the hair dryer out and apparently the last person was in that room used it was covered in some sort of brown stuff smelled like coffee I had to clean it before I could use it .

My only complain is that they have not gone back to the hot breakfast and traveling with family that makes it a good value rather than having to go out to eat every day. Plus we were looking forward to the pool and hot tub. Hot tub was drained and had to pre book a time for the pool
