I can't think of a single thing your not living there you just sleep shower relax etc hopefully your out most of the day and evening

We had an issue with the shower not having hot water, which was disappointing since the shower has 2 shower heads and would have been great. We reported issue to front desk, they did have someone come to evaluate issue, but next morning, the water was still tepid, not hot.

Hotel is very pretty, good location, room was clean and spacious.

The Lorien is an exceptional facility - an island of tranquility in Old Town. It’s at the west end of King Street, Old Town’s main street, about 3/4 mile from the waterfront. The city provides a free shuttle along King Street, so it is easy to get around. There are many fine restaurants within walking distance.

Our room was right above the back of the kitchen. We were awoken to loud banging of a dumpster outside. The noise continued on for a good 20-30 minutes.

Although the claw tub room was amazing. The bath water didn’t stay hot enough to fill the tub completely.

Great location, walkable to the metro and the free trolley pickup is on the corner if you’re heading to the waterfront. Beautiful grounds with lots of outdoor seating. Spacious, quiet, nicely appointed rooms. Outstanding staff and complimentary happy hour! Was a wonderful stay.

Plugging in the coffee machine was a hustle. The cord was short and there was no outlet near the coffee machine so I had to move the whole tray to the side table. Additionally, it would be nice if they had a couple team bags and not only coffee in the room.

Large groups standing outside below our room being loud and boisterous. Same group in the lobby. WiFi came and went; not the best.

In the middle of the night the fridge would make loud clicks that woke me up. I just unplugged it for awhile and when it was replugged, I did not hear the noise anymore. I'm sure if I had shared this with the hotel staff they would have fixed the issue immediately.

Very nice hotel, within walking distance to restaurants, shops and public transportation. We used the bikes that were complementary of the hotel and road around the city. Took advantage of room service and ordered from Brabo, which was tasty. The daily mints and water after the room clean was great! Would definitely return.
