We had our DND sign up and when we called asking for some clean up, they were very adamant that we not be in the room during cleaning. They mentioned it several times and at one point didn’t come because they knew we were there. We didn’t ask for much, trash towels and new bed set after 4 days, but it seemed to be an issue that we were there even when we stayed out on the deck out of their way. Felt odd to have them so upset that we chose to stay around our belongings. Maid had a bit of an attitude at first and was snarky, but seemed to warm up

Can’t say enough about this property and the staff! They have breakfast with lots of options. Bagels, toast, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, you can make your own waffles and mini waffles for the kids, mini muffins, milk juice, coffee,yogurts, oatmeal, fruit and cereal! The property is clean and well taken care of , it’s very cozy and feels very safe. Surrounding areas have tons of options for bars , grub and desserts. Pool and jacuzzi were perfect and very clean. Staff was friendly and down to earth. Cutest little balconies with beautiful ocean views. No trash in the area and very minimal riffraff running around out front of the hotel. Very safe for young families! Valet parking under the building with a closed garage gate so you knew your car was safe. Elevators big plus for all the stuff we had to move around! Luggage wrack carriers supplied during check in. Bathrooms had everything you need, no need to bring much. Near the pool deck, there’s a sand washing station after leaving the beach and they have tons of beach toys and boogie boards you can borrow and return! Huge bonus for a mom!

The room was super clean except the floor was dusty with sand. We were also across from a storage room and in the morning we would hear staff talking, laughing and slamming doors

Parking was extra at $35 per night, which seemed a lot for what we were already paying for the room, though we didn't explore other parking options so can't really compare rates.

Very nice room, nice and bright and airy. Check in was straightforward and staff very friendly and helpful. The sea facing room was excellent, directly overlooking the boardwalk. Overall a great location for exploring Pacific Beach.

Hotel was very clean. Valet parking was great and staff was helpful and friendly. We got to see Dolphins right outside our hotel window on the last day . Lots of local stores near by ! We loved it and the heated pool was a plus
