The elevator system needs work. I feel like I spent more time waiting to go up and down floors than anything else.

Breakfast was pretty good. The eggs and bacon were very delicious.

The room had no microwave or small fridge, though there was a shared microwave on the first floor.

Location. One-time 25$ coin that could be used for breakfast for 1 person or at the snack/drink bar.

Our room was a bit small, but, to be honest, we were 3 adults sharing a room with two beds, so I wouldn't say this is something that we didn't like.

The hotel is in a great location, clean with comfortable beds, and a very friendly staff. We were pleased with the accommodation and the amenities.

No place to store the luggage, the staff is not friendly, we have to wait for 45 mins to bring down the luggage, while the lift was too busy. We nearly missed our flight.

Other residents were a bit noisy but nothing you can really do about that. Lifts could be slow due to the number of floors but only to be expected.

Hotel was in a great location for us near to Madison Square Gardens. Room was a good size for New York with 2 very good sized double beds.

The wait for the lift was slow at times but I expect that would be the case in most hotels. Floor space in bedroom was a bit squashed.

The king sized bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was a nice size with shelving for toiletries. Very big TV . Easy to use safe. Fabulous roof top bar with 360 views.

Unfortunately, the only night we had to go up to the rooftop bar it was closed for a private event so, we never got to see that fabulous view from the top. At certain times it was brutal waiting for the elevator. At one point we waited about 25 minutes in order to get an elevator and we had show tickets we thought we would be late for. Our coffeemaker didn't work and leaked water all over the cabinet and floor. Good thing is, it wasn't coffee, just water.

Great location! It was central to everything we wanted to do and see. We could see some of the Times Square screens from our room. The room was tight but comfortable. Beds were too.

3 elevators for this size of a hotel is just not enough, especially not if the staff is using it so frequently. Several days it took over 5 minutes to go up or down. I booked 5 rooms and all of them were not ready at check-in time (3pm). In the end I got 1 room at 3.30pm, 1 at 4.30pm and the rest after 5pm. Not everyone arrived at the same time so this was not a big issue, but when I asked the last day if it was possible to keep 1 room 2 hours longer this wasn't possible. The guy at the reception (with glasses and lots of hair) didn't care that our rooms where not ready at check-in day. We got multiple rooms several hours too late and it is too much to ask for 1 room 2 hours longer??? It was only possible for 50 dollars per hour..... do I receive back 50 dollars per hour for the rooms that were not ready in time? This guy really don't understand how to keep your customers happy.

Location is perfect. Rooms are modern. Free welcome drink and 25 dollars restaurant credit (although the quality of the burger was disappointing)

The staff seemed quite rushed and indifferent. I checked in at 11pm and the person helping me was finishing an argument with another guest that was very awkward. I don't have context for it so who knows who was at fault, but it seemed unprofessional. There is ALWAYS a lineup for the 3 elevators, and at night they reserve one of them for the rooftop bar. Often the elevators are jammed. The room is pretty good, but one of the receptacles in the bathroom was popping out of the wall. Water pressure is good, but the fan in the bathroom doesn't work so the room fogged up, and it's not great when the other guests in the room feel like they're part of your bathroom experience (if you know what I mean).

The room is fine. It seemed clean, and the beds were comfortable. The electronic DND and doorbell system is pretty cool and it was nice to have some water in the fridge. AC worked great, and we were comfortable.

I stayed for 2 nights and no-one serviced my room on the day after the first night. Someone arrived at about 5.30 pm just as I was preparing to go out which was not convenient for me.

Location was excellent for attending live shows. Room was not very spacious and was lacking a few normally standard extras like tea bags, fresh milk, shower cap.

The housekeeping could have been better. They were not consistent. Two nights the bed was not made up correctly. No cover on the duvet and no top sheet. It was sorted when we told the front desk. The coffee machine worked on our first night but then there were problems with the electrics so we could not have coffee in the room. We had to ask for a luggage rack and the toiletries were not restocked each day!

The room and shower room were very clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable . It was very quiet and no noise disturbance from the street.

The staff was a bit cold. Unfortunately, the exit from the hotel was spoiled by numerous garbage bags on the sidewalk and a strong urine smell.

It is an excellent location, a 5' walk from Times Square and the subway. The room was clean and perfect for a weekend stay. The bar on the top offers a great view of city.

Can't just walk into rooftop bar, and there's no other bar really available in the hotel, with the exception of a small coffee bar that serves some spirits and cocktails, bit is nowhere near big enough, 3 stools at the bar. In the middle of the foyer, and tends to be in peoples way as its right beside the elevators. Restaurant out the back is nice, but again isn't really appealing, as its quite hidden, and was very quiet every time I was there, and we kind of got the impression that it wasn't really encouraged to go there, as it was minimally staffed, and not really busy. Seems to be a hotel to just sleep and go from, most likely because of its great location to amenities outside, and it's so close to Times Square. Pricy for what's offered, but location kind of justifies it.

Lovef the location, staff were so friendly and helpful, rooftop cocktail bar is fab. Rooms are small, but really clean and comfortable, modern finish. Very secure hotel, which always feels nice when you're staying in a high profile area/city. Very close to subway and all attractions are a stroll away. Check in and out was really seamless.
