Our room was with a balcony to the inner yard, so it was nice to relax and we could sleep with an open balcony. Moreover, if you want some romance, there was a fireplace in our room 😊 Besides, there was an old bathtub in our room, we didn't use it but it was interesting to see it.

I cannot overstate how nice it is to have a fireplace in your hotel room! Other than that the room was generally comfy, clean, and spacious. The free breakfast buffet was nice, obviously don't expect five star cuisine but as far as free food goes it was quite tasty. Ample onsite parking, and you're about a 10 or 15 minute walk from the very centre of Gatlinburg.
