An amazing property that more than exceeded our expectations. Our favorite place to stay by far from our honeymoon and a memory we'll always treasure. Still dreaming of the breakfasts. Extras include an outdoor seating area, bed linen and a fan. The view from balcony was amazing, got to see all the way to the ocean. Enjoyed the farm atmosphere, roosters, pig and the singing frogs. Elma was very accommodating in preparing delicious breakfast dishes tailored to my husband's health needs once requested.

My wife and I love the place. It's like staying in a Lord of Rings setting, surrounded by giant trees and lush plants. Close to Volcano National Park, you can make a trip to the park early in the morning or in the evening without worrying about the time you have to spend on the road. The cottage is small but cozy, with working fireplace and bed warmers. The room has a special design with interesting details. Two pieces of wooden carvings are nicely decorated in the room. The bedroom has a small dome, and a glass roof above the bed, and we enjoyed gazing through it at the sky and clouds, telling ourselves we can relax and there is no need to hurry to the next destination. Staff are very friendly, esp. Kalei, who gave us good advice for exploring the nearby spots. They provide freshly grounded coffee everyday and that's also adding a great touch to their hospitality. Breakfast is also great, though we had it as a light dinner sometimes.

An oceanfront pool pavilion with picnic areas and barbecue grills, shuffleboard and paddle tennis is available for guest relaxation. Direct access to Keawakapu Beach is offered. Free parking is provided. Our appartment was fully equiped like your house it was really incredible ... it was beyond our expectation (we even had some sun umbrellas and beach chairs). Very convenient to go to beach directly without crossing the road as for many others resorts in the area. The staff is super reactive and friendly : we had many requests and they always quickly adressed everything. The gardens are very nice. Location is great to get quick access to many nice beach and snorkeling spots.
