The apartment was very clean and comfortable. Iva is so sweet and helpful. She came out to the road and guided us to our parking spot the night we arrived and helped us with our luggage. She even had some treats for us. She really cares about her guests. The 15min walk to and from Old Town Dubrovnik is very easy for any active people. We left our car and chose to walk to and from the apartment without any issues each day. Our stay in Dubrovnik was wonderful and we highly recommend Iva's lovely apartment.

We were one of the first guests, everything was very clean and brand new. The communication with Nika was very easy and she even arranged a free parking spot for us in Dubrovnik where parking would have been extremely expensive otherwise. Thanks a lot, would definitely stay there again!

This property is immaculate. I was impressed by the level of cleanliness and the beautiful interior. It is well equipped for cooking with a supermarket just down the road. The apartment itself is beautiful; all the furniture is new and the bed is comfortable. I absolutely loved staying here and would stay again next time. The owner is lovely and friendly. I couldn’t recommend this stay more.

Easy access. Garage included in the price. Near to the modern part of the town and near old city. Best of both worlds. The Host Hrvoje made exellent suggestion and he was always online if we need anything. The bus station was at the entrance of the buliding.

The apartment is really close to the airport shuttle and the boat trips out to the surrounding islands too. The size is perfect for a couple, the kitchen has most of what you need for a self catering holiday, the bathroom is cosy but well equipped, the bedroom has lots of storage and a large bed and the lounge is cosy and airy.
