The facilities in this hotel are amazing. The staff is friendly and always smiling. They can recommend great places and restaurants to visit, and are always available if in need of help. The location of the hotel is also good. They are at a walking distance from some good stores and restaurants, and at a relatively short distance from important touristic destinations. I would recommend this hotel.

The terrace is beautiful and the hotel has lift. Besides the staff were very cordial to make it like a home. AC worked nicely.

This is the 4th time I have stayed at this fine hotel and usually I stay 5-7 days at a time including this trip which was basically from Wednesday to Sunday. It is a gem and probably the best hotel in the area. The place looks really luxurious and gorgeous which immediately makes you feel good . Rooms are spacious and well laid out and the bathrooms are exceptional. My wife and I are very particular about bathrooms and these are modern and very clean. We got the suite and it is a home away from home. We don't always get the breakfast as we sometimes like to enjoy eating in the plethora of amazing food places across the road. Though the breakfast buffet is 5 star and recommended if you feel like treating yourself. If working out is important to you the gym , pool and spa facilities are resort style and highly recommended. My stays here are really to visit my daughter who studies at Okan university so i don't do much sightseeing or anything like that but it is well located and convenient. Less than 10 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes from viaport outlet shopping , across the road from many restaurants and close to the university as well . I wish I could remember everyone's names but Mr Basar does an excellent job managing an amazing team and the girls at the front desk are always smiling, welcoming and helpful.

This is a small hotel close to the main tourist attractions in Istanbul. I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and I could walk everywhere from there. it was very clean and my single room had a cute terrace where you can enjoy your mornings. the best thing about this place though was the personnel. Everyone was incredibly kind, the first night I told them the mattress was too firm, by the time I got back that day, they changed it; they also helped me a lot with something important that I have forgotten in the safety box. They truly care that the guests are happy. I also tried one of their spa packages which was incredible. I totally recommend it!
