A true relaxation highlight is the 550 m² Sky Spa with a spacious panorama sauna, bio sauna, textile sauna, aroma steam bath, infinity sky pool, the option of massage treatments and a small fitness area with state-of-the-art training equipment: All areas have a first-class mountain view. The staff is so friendly and service orriented! Everything is so well organized and maintained! The breakfast is exceptional. When we visited there was a big power outage (24hrs!) in the village. The hotel however has a very good generator so everything kept functioning. Even more, the staff remained positive and friendly.

The Wallackhaus features a winter garden and restaurant with mountain views. In winter, a spa area with a sauna, a steam bath, and an infrared cabin can be used by guests. There is also a relaxation room with panoramic mountain views, and the new Sky Bar. Excellent location, kind staff, surprisingly good food. Good value.

The spa area of the Tauern Spa Hotel & Therme includes 12 indoor and outdoor pools, 13 different saunas and steam baths, aqua gymnastics, and a relaxation lounge with a fireplace. Teas and fruit juices are provided free of charge. The property provides a direct indoor access from the hotel to the public spa area. All the spa facilities are great. The panorama spa which is only for hotel guests is amazing, with breathtaking view. The sauna sessions which are in every hour were great, the sauna guy was also very funny. The view from everywhere (room, spa, restaurant, bar) is amazing, you can see the beautiful mountains (if there is no cloud), basically you don't need to go anywhere to enjoy this amazing view. The food selection for breakfast and dinner is huge. There are much more healthy options than other hotels I've been before. There was every day a different theme (Asian, Italian, seafood etc.) that made the dining more interesting. One of the waiters called Marek from Slovakia was super friendly and polite.

Breakfast consists of regional products and can also be enjoyed outside on the terrace in summer. The in-house restaurant serves dinner from 17:00 (except Thursdays, Sundays and public holidays). We cannot guarantee a table without an early reservation! great staff, the spa area is excellent, their breakfast is wonderful!
