A great stay. Whole place was clean and well set-up for a few days away from home. Wi-Fi decent (some loss of coverage on top floor but didn’t impact us), bathrooms modern with good water pressure in showers and plenty of hot water. Didn’t cook during our visit but kitchen seemed like it’d meet most needs. Key collection is from a local petrol station, slightly unusual but staff there helped us and it was no bother. Security deposit returned promptly after our stay, and the hosts were helpful & responsive to messages.

    Great location very close to Bournville village and Edgebaston cricket stadium is a single straight line bus ride, Stirchley is good for a Birmingham Balti. The location is noisy because of traffic and a pedestrian crossing beeping all the time. But close the windows and the noise has gone.

    Good location, at the end of the tram route (at Edgbaston Village). In a peaceful area, far enough away from the noisy Broad Street. Friendly and helpful host. Comfortable beds and nice balcony where we were lucky to see the aurora from 😍

    We wanted to be as close to the Gay Village as possible. This hotel was the cheapest I could find. It’s about 10 mins walk to Hurst Street and about that again to The Mailbox. Then a further five mins to the Bull Ring. This hotel was clean and comfortable and all the staff were extremely friendly. Parking is onsite or there’s an NCP near by.

    Spacious, clean. Felt luxurious. Aiden at checkout seemed polite and helpful. Was great to be able to secure our luggage securely after check out. Stairways were warm and welcoming, making the walk to the room pleasant. Toiletries provided were good, as were the shortbread! Either other guests were quiet, or there was good soundproofing, as didn't hear a sound from inside or out of the hotel!

    Excellent location but tricky to find. However I wouldn't use the word 'luxury' to describe the room. Comfortable but not luxurious. Host left adaptor for charging which was very helpful. Shower was great.

    Stunning hotel and service. Bed was pure luxury. Not a cheap hotel but you know that before you arrive - it is a luxurious hotel though and it did not fail to deliver..............will stay again soon and enjoy being looked after again when COVID has calmed down even more.............
