Great host and great location. Amazing property that is big enough for a large family. Great facilities and the house comes equipped with everything you need. The host even left us a basket full of walnuts with a walnut cracker tool which was a great gesture. The place was clean and presentable. I would highly recommend the location

Highly enjoyed this spacious house that is within driving distance from Plitvice Lakes. The host waited for us at check in and showed us around the house, how to make use the fireplace etc, and even gave some recommendations on what to visit in the area. He also provided some delicious homemade products, cheese, sausage, bread and buns which was really delicious! There was also yoghurt, sodas, wine and a selection of alcoholic drinks in the house.

Milka house is named after the grandma of the landowner, Bozk, we learned at the wonderful and tasteful barbecue Bozk and Antonella threw us upon our arrival. The land has been in his family for long and they renovated it. The views from Milka house and the outdoor kitchen are fenomenal. The house itself is brand new, stylish and has everything you need. The region has a lot to offer, especially if you like outdoor sports, so nòt only for visiting NP Plitvice! Go mountainbiking (from Bike&Bed) to Baradje Caves, do (transparent) kayakking on the clear Gacka river, go to the Zipline park, or do horseriding p.e. Or just read on the veranda. It is so quiet. In the evening it cools down wonderfully - no airco neaded. So do yourself a favour and stay at least a couple of days or - even better - a week at Milka House! Bozk and Antonella live behind Milka House and are the best hosts ever: sweet and relaxed. Highly recommended.

Very nice place. Close to the national park, about 15 minutes by car. It was cold but the heating in the house was excellent.

The cottage was cute, and romantic, and the use of the hot tub was definitely an added bonus. The area is quiet, and you really feel like you're a part of nature in those moments. There was a space to leave the car, and from the jacuzzi you will see the most beautiful sunset. The host was very friendly and communicative, and when we arrived she offered us a shot of homemade plum liquer, and the plums are from their very own gardens. The bed was very comfortable, and the host even provided shampoo and body wash herself.

Big and gorgeous villa, 18 minutes drive from Plitvica's entrance 2. We stayed there for 3 nights in August. The views are amazing, every room has its little balcony with endless hills and mountains view. The main porch is beautiful – with several tables and sun chairs to eat outside and to relax. The Jacuzzi is very clean, high quality and its location is the best – nature and green all around. The living room is cozy, and looks like an interior designer did an excellent work combining old and modern items. The sofa is big and very comfortable. The kitchen is perfect – coffee machine, dishwasher, big oven, dinner table, equipped closets with everything needed to cook. Many kinds of special teas and Nespersso capsules. Every inch of the villa was very clean. Each floor has its bathroom – new and comfortable and well equipped. There is also a washing machine in the lower floor. The village is small and very quiet, but a few minutes by car there is a big supermarket and bakery, and a great restaurants (Villabita, and the pizza in Gardina). This accommodation is a place we all would really want to come back to.
