The hospitality and friendliness of the staff was exceptional. The property manager was very welcoming from the beginning. He walked me and my guest to the villa and walked us the amenities. The front desk staff was very helpful and they went above and beyond. The staff at the beach was helpful in preparing the beach chairs as well as giving us a ride to the beach. The complimentary breakfast was great and the fact that the grocery store is across the street was awesome. The Ports of Call is in a great location and I highly recommend.

Location was good but bathroom shower door did not close but it was not a showstopper. The beach directions were not very good and if you need them, they are: from hotel, turn left. At first street, turn right and keep walking toward the condo villas. When u get to the villas, bear to your right and you will see a sign that says Beach Access and just follow it to the beach.ChemiseGroup
