The property is about 30 meters from a number of restaurants. Villa Diletta is an excellent place to stay. Mohamed is so nice, he took care for all my visits: Valley of the Kings and Queens, he arranged an private boat for me to go Karnak, Luxor Museum and Luxor Temple, this experience was fantastic, Also, he pick me up from de train station and arranged a Taxi to go to the Airport at 5:30 am !!! Ali the owner welcomed us with fruits and water. The people are hospitable and are always there to help you.. I recommend this area of ​​Luxor. I left with regret but I was happy that we made new friends in that place.

After a busy day viewing temples and tombs and trying to avoid the over-zealous local traders, it was great to relax and chill out at Rose Villa. Owner was always in contact with any issues and helped with transport. One of the best holiday homes we have stayed at, can't recommend it highly enough.

Set in Luxor and only 700 metres from Medinet Habu Temple, NEW Luxury Villa, BEST mountain views! near Temples offers accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. The air-conditioned accommodation is 1.6 km from Colossi of Memnon. The property is non-smoking and is located 1.9 km from Deir el-Medina. Clean, spacious, well equipped home with lovely outdoor area. Very private. Would have liked to stay longer. Hosts were fantastic - an Egyptian/Welsh combination ensured no language barriers for those of us who only speak English and were a great source of info on where to go/eat etc.

This villa also provides guests with a patio that doubles up as an outdoor dining area. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. We had an amazing stay at the villa. Not only do you get a lovely place to stay but Adam went out of his way to make sure that we had a pleasant stay and arranged all our tours. The tours were both better and cheaper than what you would otherwise get, so we highly recommend letting him arrange them for you. He even got up and picked us up in the middle of the morning to make sure we got on the taxi to the hot air balloon ride - all free of charge. The villa itself is located on the West Bank which will give you a lovely countryside vibe, while the ferry to the East Bank is within walking distance (even though we hardly walked since Adam usually arranged transport or took us for a ride on his motorcycle). Adam's hospitality and the great facilities at the villa is amazing when you want to get away from the hassle and relax, and we highly recommend booking this place if it is available.

Pleasant stay in a very special house, like in our house.  Very good decoration, comfort, large living room, kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, etc. Beautiful outdoor area, safe and neat.  Mohammed always willing for everything.  Everywhere to drive us, help with shopping, sightseeing, etc. Willing and grateful, his help and his wonderful house, made us have a great time to Luxor. Guests can dine in the on-site family-friendly restaurant, which serves African cuisine and also offers vegetarian, vegan and dairy-free options. Property is amazing ! spacious , clean , comfortable and has all what you need . The owner Walid is a Gem . He is super accommodating and addresses all our needs instantly . Food is super delicious 😋
