Just 100 metres from the famous Gerakas Beach, the traditionally-built Porto Gerakas Villas offers self-catering accommodation with balconies amidst its blossomed garden. We loved our villa very much. Comfy and private, nice and clean, silent and provided with all the necessary facilities. Air conditioning in the kitchen / entrance and in the bedroom. Balcony that surrounded the villa. The villa is 2/3 minutes walk from a mini market, three tavernas and Geraka Beach. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly. We will miss Geraka and them a lot!

Set in a lush area of pine and olive trees in Keri village, Revera Villas is a complex of stone-built units with a pool, restaurant and outdoor bar. Revera was the most beautiful we stayed at our one month trip on Ionian Islands. It is far from from notorious Zakintos over populated with tourists areas, surrounded by beautiful nature, sincerely welcoming hosts, amazing traditional architecture and amazing view from balcony. Sunsets in that part of Zakintos are more beautiful then those in Santorini. It has peaceful pool, great breakfast with domestic products and recepies. You really don't need AC in rooms since nights are cooler in this area. Believe it or not there wer no insects in room, including mosquitos.

Situated in Agios Nikolaos and only 1 km from Agios Nikolaos Beach, Emerald Villas & Suites - The Finest Hotels Of The World features accommodation with sea views, free WiFi and free private parking. We stayed 6 days at Emerald Suites during our honeymoon and it was incredible. The suite is very well equipped, the kitchen had all the necessary appliances and they had a grill which we used every night to barbecue. Irene, from the main desk, is very friendly and made sure that we had a wonderful time at the suite. The view is breathtaking, the sunrise is beautiful (and you can watch it without even leaving the bed) and the pool has direct sun light most of the day. I highly recommend this place to anyone going to Zakynthos. We’ve just left and we already want to go back.

Athenea Villas Private pools & private gardens individual is a traditional Ionian-style complex, just 500 metres from the beach. Met by the property owner and personally welcomed. Improvement is to call ahead to arrange when to meet since there isn’t a classic front desk.

Surrounded by pine and olive trees, a five-minute walk from St. Nicholas Beach, Alegria Villas Complex consists of self-catering houses overlooking the Ionian Sea. We visited in the last week of september with a group of 4 adults and a 1yo baby. It was the best possible accommodation for us, with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious rooms, terraces from each room, clean bathrooms, a huuuge garden full of quiet, green corners for the baby to play and an amazing pool. Most important for the baby, it was a walking distance from the beach. And also pretty quiet in the afternoon and during the night, so we we all slept “like babies”. The towels and the bed sheets were changed every other day and the floors swiped. The cleaning ladies were very respectful with our belongings and always put them back in their place after cleaning. We had an amazing barbeque in the garden and they have outdoor lunch areas for the guests. In the morning, if we were too lazy to make ourselves coffee, we would go to the villas bar and get really great cappuccinos. Everything was provided for and really up to the standards even outside of the season (we left on 2nd Oct) The host, Lia, was so helpful and nice with us. She gave us tips on beaches, tavernas and bars, drew us a map on the best places we should check. She even brought us traditional olive oil as a courtesy. We would most definitely return here! It is perfect for families or groups!

Exensian Villas & Suites lies just 150 metres from the beach of Marathia. It offers amphitheatrically built villas with private pools with hydromassage. Everything was perfect. The best place to stay in the Island. Very quiet with a beautiful view.
