I booked on this resort last minute after I canceled my other booking with the terrible Duangjitt Resort and what a treat it was. The staff were friendly, attentive & immediately helpful and made my stay way better. Amazing spacious room with a plunge pool the resort concept is small and cozy like a boutique hotel with beautiful Hawaiian themed decorations. The food was delicious I’ve had one the best burgers in Thailand through the room service. And you download their app and sign in via QR code to your room then you order room service request anything from the staff even book tours through your phone with an immediate response, Amazing. And It’s located in a quiet are across the road from Surin beach a little walk and you are there. Great resort I’ll be coming back again.

I had booked tickets to Phuket on a whim. I did a lot of research and decided on Surin Beach. I was after somewhere quiet but not remote. We were travelling with a teenager so wanted two bedrooms and some space. The two bedroom apartment was perfect for us providing indoor and outdoor spaces with a sea view. The air conditioning provided relief from the heat outside and there were times the ceiling fans were all we needed. Location was perfect, a short walk to the spectacular beach across the road. Staff were lovely, particularly from the restaurant. The food was amazing every time. The pool area was perfect. This is a professionally operated complex with great facilities. Easy access to the beach, local restaurants and shops.

The staff are 10/10. The hotel is so beautiful. Views are world class. Always kept clean. But the staff are Amazing!!! Thanks Benz - you are a treasure!!! Front reception are brilliant. Kitchen staff, cleaning staff, concierge…. All amazingly friendly and helpful and so happy!!!!Highly recommend this place.

Amenities: The staff were so polite and friendly - shout out to Anil for his excellent hospitality! Buffet breakfast in the morning was delicious and reasonably priced. Rooms were very well cleaned every day, and the water bottles they supplied were much appreciated. Room was very large and had a refrigerator which was great for stashing drinks and fresh fruit. The swimming pool was refreshing and our family enjoyed using it just about every day during our two-week stay. The landscaping was very well maintained and had the tropical feel we were looking for. Location: The pace was much more relaxed in this part of Phuket. Very family friendly with a 6km long beach just across a small street (50 yards from hotel entrance). Additional conveniences were motorcycle rental, ATM, currency exchange, 7-11 convenience store, tour agent, massage parlors, and taxi stand right near the hotel entrance. Within a short walk, you have access to a dozen restaurants, a couple laundry services, a couple pharmacies, a fantastic little fruit store, and a couple dozen small shops.
