Would give 12 stars if possible! What a beautiful view from every room. Everywhere was service with a smile. Breakfast variety is just about enough, but the quality is outstanding: free range charcuterie hams, cold pressed sugarcane juice/cold drip coffee, eggs Florentine at the egg station, house-made jams etc. They offered us a free upgrade but we didn't take it because the better room is on 8th floor and the lift only goes up to 6th, plus my friend had a bad back. But they were very kind to show us both rooms and let us choose. Anyway both had the same extra-comfy super king bed, great view and bathtub. The beach is a mere 3 min walk from the lobby. For hotel guests, they offer free beach chairs, umbrella setup, and even one kayak, paddle board and a motor boat if you know how to use it. First come first serve basis. The beach itself is perfection. Fine powdery sand, not too hot on the feet even at noon, and generally calm waves by Phuket standards. Very special compliments to Champ and Kee managing the Nai Harn beach gear at Rock Salt restaurant. Champ made our entire beach experience lovely with his cheerful attitude and helpfulness. When we got into some trouble in the sea with the paddleboard, Kee spotted us immediately and alerted Champ who ran to come help. My friend would have lost her glasses if not for Champ's help! He really is a champ 🏆 Outside the resort, Rawai area has some decent restaurants and 30 min drive to the Old Town/weekend night market. If we come back to stay at the Nai Harn it would be for the fantastic hotel service and proximity to a nice beach. Perfect for a relaxing beach holiday!

This resort boasts 5 swimming pools, 5 pool bars, fitness facilities and indulgent spa services. Guests enjoy free shuttle service to Karon Beach, located 700 metres away. The property was beautiful. The grounds were so well cared for - it was like a little piece of paradise. There are 5 pools to choose from - each are stunning, and the facilities are excellent. Highly recommend the on site spa and the coconut pool.

This adult-only hotel has a main infinity pool, pampering spa and free WiFi. Breakfast was sufficient and available until 11am which was excellent. Location of pool and beach could not be better. Also the Gym, which i use regularely was sufficiently equipped.

Housing 2 outdoor pools and children's pool, it also has a spa and free internet. Fantastic! Beautiful, creative and overwhelming decoration. And the lighting was brilliant, both in pool areas and in the hotel room. The bed was enormous and so comfortable we could stay in it all day and night. We loved our 2-days vacation here, and can warmly recommend this hotel!

We booked a chalet, and they even arranged for a tandem Thai massage in the room at our request. Heavenly!
