I really felt at home here! The hosts went out of their way to care for me, welcoming me with a fresh smoothie and continuing to shower me with fresh fruit and snacks during my stay. Delicious food clearly made with love. The accommodations are clean and comfortable- AC room with fan, en-suite bathroom, mini fridge, etc. the highlight of my stay however was definitely the exceptional service and treatment from the hosts. Highly recommend booking here for a homey stay a stone’s throw from the beautiful Tangalle beach!

The Villa was beautiful . I felt like I was at home with the level of attentiveness from the host . I was unwell and Sanu went over and above to keep me comfortable, she was absolutely incredible. I am on a 3-week trip around Sri Lanka and this has been my No. 1 highlight. Accommodation was just as advertised, if not better - great location (5 minute walk to the beach), spacious airconditioned rooms, lovely jungly surroundings and great views while sitting outside and having breakfast every morning. Peacocks, squirrels, wild parrots - to name just a few species... normal daily views/visits without even stepping outside of the garden. Incomparable peacefulness. Sri Lankan breakfast was great and kept me full until dinner. They also provide lunch and dinner, upon request. Last but not least - Ruchira, the landlord, was the best host ever. He took me around when I just arrived to show me what is where, provided valuable tips and arranged for me to go see the sea turtles lay their eggs on the beach one night. All in all - the accommodation, as well as the village and the beach, is perfect for people who, like me, seek peace and quiet. The overall vibe is homey and friendly. There is no loud music, there are no beach bars, there are no watersports - amazing.

Amazing option to stay near the silent beach. The hosts are extremely friendly, their food is so delicious, we always ate there (breakfast, lunch-snack and dinner). The room is big and has a very comfortable bed. The guesthouse area is very nice and has a cute dog, lanka.

The ideal place to stay if you want a place super near to an amazing beach with a forest of coconuts!! The area is perfect for relaxing and enjoy the sea of Sri Lanka! The rooms were clean, very quiet with a Sri Lanka style decoration 🙂We loved it! We had also dinner in the garden area which was also beautiful and the food tasty!!!The breakfast too!!! But overall our best memory was Saman! The son of the family of the peacock place..We missed him already, amazing guy, friendly, polite and will help you in whatever you need! And if you are lucky an amazing night experience in the beach with the birth of small sea turtles is waiting for you there !!!
