Lovley people. Nice and warm welcome. Shaluka and his family made our stay. The master chef made sure that we had an awsome stay, cooked really good food for us every morgning/night, grilled fish to not forget! And really helpful with everything. Room was very clean and the whole place was well orginized :) Glad we choosed/found this place for our stay, close to safari. We will def come back next time we visit Sri Lanka :)

I felt like I was at home with the level of attentiveness from the host . I was unwell and Sanu went over and above to keep me comfortable, she was absolutely incredible. A lovely breakfast . Featuring sea views, AMOUR AT TURTLE BEACH is located in the Tangalle Beach district of Tangalle, 23 km from Hummanaya Blow Hole and 20 metres from Rekawa Lagoon. I am on a 3-week trip around Sri Lanka and this has been my No. 1 highlight. Accommodation was just as advertised, if not better - great location (5 minute walk to the beach), spacious airconditioned rooms, lovely jungly surroundings and great views while sitting outside and having breakfast every morning. Peacocks, squirrels, wild parrots - to name just a few species... normal daily views/visits without even stepping outside of the garden. Incomparable peacefulness. Sri Lankan breakfast was great and kept me full until dinner. They also provide lunch and dinner, upon request. Last but not least - Ruchira, the landlord, was the best host ever. He took me around when I just arrived to show me what is where, provided valuable tips and arranged for me to go see the sea turtles lay their eggs on the beach one night. All in all - the accommodation, as well as the village and the beach, is perfect for people who, like me, seek peace and quiet. The overall vibe is homey and friendly. There is no loud music, there are no beach bars, there are no watersports - amazing.

Set in Tangalle within 15 km of Hummanaya Blow Hole and 6 km of Tangalle Lagoon, Turtle Watch Cabana provides rooms with free WiFi. Beautiful cabanas near a very clean gorgeous beach with very well organized turtle protection program. The hospitality of the host couple is fantastic and the food very delicious and plentiful. The bed was big and very comfortable. Hosting family is super sweet and willing to help with any requests. Food was also delicious.
